first, didnt own before any sort of cleaning robot or anything alike, my parents got one (not self cleaning) and only use it to vacumm, no mopping since they have to wash the cloth and doesnt mop that well on heavy stains, so did my research prior, and i had it narrow it down in between 3 models / brands, a deal show up for this one (the most expensive by like $75 of my shortlist) went ahead and got it, based on what has been going with my parents and their machine, if you want to use the mop function, get this one, if you mostly will use only the vacuum maybe search for other cheaper models, the level of cleaning on this guy is just great, didnt expect it to do such a good work, lidar works great, mapping is good, route it takes makes sence, if i were to get another one (hopefully years from now) i would get this brand, price / quality / looks, everything is great, it does an excellent work on cleaning my floors (tile and laminated), my only recomendation and this is so it takes way less time when cleaning is to if possible lift the chairs on dinning room or just like give a quick review of the where is cleaning and pick anything up, it does a great work on recognizing furniture, cat toys, cables, but if the less things that it has to move aroudn it the quickest and the cleanest resutls youll get

I finally decided to buy this lifesaver when it was 50% off a couple months ago. I can't believe I waited so long. It arrived in 2 days. The set up was very easy and even connected to my Alexa. The phone app is very easy to use. I have all hardwood and tile floors in my home with one runner in a hallway. This robot does a great job vacuuming and mopping. It has routine and deep cleaning modes. You can also chose the whole house or specific rooms or areas. If you put in on the clean genius setting it detects if it needs to be redone and will remop those areas again. The obstacles avoidance is excellent and not once has the robot banged into anything. It also has a camera so you can see in real-time where it's going. You can send it out to cruise around and check on pets etc. Another great thing is it goes under most of my furniture so no more trying to get every inch under my beds. The camera is great if you drop something under furniture because this little suckered will find it. It also tells you how much life is left in mop heads, roller, etc. I like that it self cleans the mop heads and dries them. The only thing I have had to check myself is the vacuum bag as the app doesn't tell you when it is full. I haven't even filled my first bag yet. I recommend starting with a clean house and then run this to maintain it. There will still be a few places you need to manually clean that the robot can't get to and behind doors. I also want to point out how the detergent is used because there is a lot of confusion online and in the forums. The cleaning solution does not get automatically mixed with the clean water that goes inside into the robot as with most models and other brands. It automatically dispenses the cleaning solution to the base to wash the mop pads. You can follow the directions on the bottle and add in the amount they suggest which is like a cupful, I won't put anything in my robot as I have found it doesn't need it. It washes the pads before it mops so there is cleaning solution already on the mop heads and the robot dispenses water as needed. It will go rehash the mop heads multiple times during mopping depending on how you set it up in the app. This robot cleans my floors better than any mop or steamer I have owned. My family is always running around in their socks and they stay white! If you are on the fence just buy it, the time it has saved me is immeasurable. I also purchased the insurance so I have 2yrs on top of the 12 to 18 month manufacturer warranty. My only regret is that I waited to long and now it's $100 less than when I purchased. You won't get a better deal.

I bought this robot vacuum for Christmas as a family gift. The setup was very easy and effortless. All I had to do was plug in the base station and put the robot and it would turn on. I downloaded the app and added the robot. It walked me through on how to get started what features to turn on and it told me where it was in real time. Because of the built in camera, I could enter the camera and control it completely. It even has a microphone! You get so many functions like it being able to mop and it can also wash the mop pads with hot water and drys them after. It can also empty the dustbin. It even has obstacle avoidance, and I’ve tested it and it does great it avoids my dogs, feces, and chords and anything it would get stuck on. It’s also crazy sensitive on the obstacle avoidance to make sure it doesn’t run into anything. It goes slower every time it approaches an object. you don’t have to empty the dust bin for over two months. Same thing with the water tanks when you have to fill them up and empty the dirty water tank it depends on how much water you use when you start cleaning. You can also start remote controlled cleaning instead of waiting for it to vaccum/mop the spot you want it to clean. it has a very good suction too, and I tested it with some dirt and yes, a few crackers and I’d rubbed them into the carpet and it takes up all of it. I could not feel anything in my carpet. Great suction great functionality I would buy this robot vacuum.

I own a roborock Qrevo Master. (twice the price of this one at the time of writing). Roborock will not sell me an additional doc for my 2nd floor. so instead of giving roborock any more of my money I chose the Dreame robot. This unit is very similar to the roborock in so many ways and I have not problems with the robot and the robots vacuum and mopping, it is very close to the roborock in it is cleaning abilities. (BTW Dreame Will also not sell an additional dock either) The pros Very good cleaning and great obstacle avoidance On par with roborock at half the price. Hot water washing of pads is awesome and the mop pads are cleaned and dried. Mop cleaning solution compartment mixes soap with water automatically. (roborock does not have this). Software is great easy to use and similar to roborock. The cons The dock needs work. The cleaning part of the dock does not have a removable water bin, you have to wipe it out. This means bending over and manually cleaning it. The roborock has a removable cleaning bin and the part that is connected to the dock stays dry. Dream docks have issues leaking out the bottom of the dock. This can damage most floors. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU BUY A RUBBER MAT TO PUT UNDER THIS DOCK. There is well documented issues of floors being ruined by a leaking dock with all models of Dreame. That being said it was half the price of roborock, however this should be known to everyone who buys a Dreame product that you need to protect your floor. The battery is weak and cannot clean my 2nd floor that is a fraction of the size of my upstairs that the roborock does on a 50% charge. I would give this product many more stars if it did not come with a leaking dock. They need to address this issue.

I have had this thing for roughly 2 weeks now and upgraded from a plain jane shark robot vaccum (no auto empty or even lidar, as simple as it gets) And boy has this been a treat, i have a small 400sq ft apartment i live in with 2 cats so litter and cat hair on the floor are a given. This thing is awesome! It cleans really well and is a pretty low maintnence device! I think its pretty nifty you can drive it around remotely and talk and see through it so i get to virtually check in on my cats if im gone for awhile. The price was pretty unbelievable honestly, less than 400$ for something like this is incredible and it does not feel like a knock off. Feels well built and durable. I know if you have owned higher dollar robots this may not compare, idk, never owned one, but this thing is to cool and handy. Im so happy with this thing! My apartment is all hardwood and tile for the bathroom floor so i cant comment on the carpet functionality but i definitely think this is worth the price! The noise is nice too, i dont find myself in need of the max or max + which is on the loud side but turbo is ok and when its just mopping its totally silent. It had my apartment mapped out in a matter of minutes so the navigation is fantastic, it does mark silly stuff as obstacles but hey, i dont expect this thing to be perfect.

The Dreame L10 Pro truly lives up to its name—it’s a dream. I love this little robot in our home; it works like no other. The cleaning options are fantastic, with different power settings, zones, and methods to choose from. Setting up multiple floor maps was easy, and I’ve had no issues with the software. I really appreciate how well it handles pet hair—I have a Cane Corso, and he sheds a lot, but this vacuum keeps it under control in no time. The camera features are a great bonus, too.

Problems began right out of the box when I kept getting message telling me to fill the detergent. The detergent was full. I followed every step that their customer service told me to do and even more that Gemini suggested. The app is one of the worst I've ever seen. White text on a light gray background in small print you couldn't read. Way too much menu menu-diving. Then I had trouble having it clean the whole has even though it mapped it. The map itself it so tiny you can't even figure out which rooms it's which. I tried for hours to get it to clean just one room and it would only complete half or wouldn't do it at all. What it did it did well, but not well- enough to keep me from returning it, which was a disaster because of Amazon Customer Service. I had thrown out the box after the first trial run seemed great. When I contacted CS I explained I no longer had a box or packing materials. I was told, to get a big box. I explained that I'm older and would not be able to physically take it. I was told, "No worries. We'll have UPS luck it up. " The next thing I knew I had an email telling me to print the label and take it to a UPS drop-off and that I could take it to Whole Foods and they would have UPS pick it up. Knowing how poor CS is just about everywhere, I had a feeling Whole Foods wouldn't take it and I was right. So my friend and I then took it to UPS and I was charged $53 for a box and packing. Now I'm told that I have to wait until the refund posts and call back to request the refund of the shipping in 2 weeks. Wanna bet I don't get the refund?

I own a Roborock and love it, so when Mother’s Day came around I wanted my mom to have a robot vacuum and mop as well. She is 78 years old and does not need to be bending, mopping, pushing vacuums, etc. The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat was on sale, had hot water mopping and several extra features, so I bought it for her home. She absolutely loves it. She runs it often and keeps telling me how clean her floors look. She used to own an iRobot Roomba but stopped using it years ago because it would get stuck, stop in the middle of the house or just wasn’t cleaning very well. The Dreame has been the exact opposite experience for her. The main features that really impressed both of us: • It heats the mop water at the base station, so the mopping is more effective and dries faster • It washes and dries the mop pads automatically, so there is no damp smell • The mapping is accurate and it does not get lost or stuck • The suction is strong and handles carpets, wood and tile • All she needs to do is empty the dirty water and refill the clean tank Everything else is automatic. It vacuums, mops, returns to the base, washes pads, and dries them. The app is simple and she figured it out easily, which says a lot because she is not a phone or gadget person. This gift made her so happy. She doesn’t need to worry about vacuuming or mopping anymore, and her floors look cleaner than they have in years. For anyone looking for a robot vacuum for older parents or anyone who just wants less work around the house, this has been excellent.

This is my second robot vacuum/mop. While my previous, less expensive model served its purpose for three years, it got tired and i needed to upgrade. After some extensive research, Dreame robots consistently topped the lists, but their premium price tag held me back. Eventually, a fantastic Black Friday deal made the decision easier. The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat arrived well-packaged and was a breeze to assemble. The clear instructions made setup a straightforward process. These do-all robots are not small appliances, but the sleek design and high-quality build prevent it from being an eyesore. I encountered a minor hiccup during the app setup process. The QR code on the robot led me to the wrong app, "Mova Home." After much frustration with that app, I discovered the correct app, DreameTech, and the registration and connecting to the WiFi was surprisingly fast and simple. Following a series of firmware updates, I initiated the initial cleaning cycle using the DeepClean mode. The robot quietly vacuumed the hardwood floors, and after a brief delay, the mop pads became sufficiently wet. It systematically cleaned the room, utilizing the side mop to reach edges and corners. After completing a room, it returned to the base station for a thorough mop cleaning cycle, which produced some noise but was not excessive. The robot seamlessly transitioned between hard floors and a small carpet under our kitchen table. It increased suction power on the carpet, effectively cleaning it. It took about 90 minutes to complete one full pass on the apx 700 sq/ft main floor. Then i think because in DeepClean mode, it spent another 30 min revisiting a number of areas including the kitchen and left behind some very clean and shiny floors :) So far it's surpassed my expectations on simplicity of use, low touch and quality of clean. It's well worth paying the full price and even better if you manage to find a sale. I would recommend this to a friend without hesitation.

Ha salido todo muy bien hasta el momento, si es básico dejar el piso sin cosas que puedan atorarse como cables, cintas, clavos , chinchetaspor que se atoran, de ahí en fuera limpia muy bien, hay que estar pendiente del cambio de agua limpia y sucia, mantiene la casa siempre limpia y ya solo cuidar que las piezas estén en las condiciones óptimas para su función,todo perfecto hasta el momento

Excelente produto. Não sei ainda sobre a assistência técnica, mas o funcionamento é ótimo. A limpeza é muito boa. Acabou poeira e manchinhas no chão. Silencioso, e dá pouquíssimo trabalho. Só repor produto de limpeza e água. E ocasionalmente atender os avisos de limpar base, almofadas... Estou muito satisfeito.

Es buen Robot la configuración es demasiado fácil en mi caso tengo una casa sin escalones y solo planta baja de verdad me ha facilitado la vida recomiendo mucho leer el instructivo antes de usar, la app es demasiado fácil de usar aún así recomiendo explorar bien toda la modalidades que trae, como todo no es un producto perfecto pero en cuanto a limpieza estoy más que contento si es cierto que hay zonas que no puede cubrir pero la ventajas son más que las desventajas. El ahorro de agua es increíble y sobre la limpieza del robot recomiendo hacerlo cada 2-3 días de verdad no es nada tedioso teniendo en cuenta que te ahorra horas y horas de trabajo. Al menos para mí es un producto que me ha encantado tanto de verdad lo recomiendo tanto, he visto malas puntuaciones pero la mayoría es por la mala atención de servicio al cliente no directamente con el producto. Al final no esperes que el robot va hacer perfecto y que tiene vida propia por qué eso no pasa pero como herramienta te va a facilitar tanto la vida si los sabes configurar y usar bien. Cualquier cosa actualizaré está reseña
