Great bike I ride it daily

I purchased this 11 months ago. So this is the 1047 mile review you want. Absolutely love it I purchased after talking to the owners who I could tell are good people and sure enough, just had a couple of things go wrong and the replacements were at my doorstep in two days. I'm in Arizona, so close, but still prompt. I will continue buying Puckupuppy, it is the product and they are the company to go with!👍

I bought two Boxer ST’s no issues at all. The build quality is way better than expected. Even with a few upgrades, this was a solid deal. Just keep in mind, when you buy an e-bike online you should be mechanically inclined because getting a local bike shop to work on it will be difficult. For the most part everything is industry standard so you can get replacement parts no problem. Customer service is very responsive but you’re dealing with people in China and their time zone is opposite of ours so everything is a day late. I have no regrets the bikes have been great.

Runs really well! Pretty easy to put together, customer service is very nice and made sure to call me after receiving to make sure it was perfect. Comes with one of the best seats you could probably find. Havent put the basket on yet but basket that came is very heavy duty and nice! Would recommend!!

I purchased this Puckipuppy e-bike in December 2025, and it has been a complete nightmare. The bike simply has not functioned properly, and trying to get a resolution from this seller has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Instead of honoring their product and offering a working replacement or a refund, customer service strung me along for months. They kept diagnosing the issue remotely and mailing me replacement parts. I have wasted countless hours of my own time playing mechanic—wiring in a new controller, testing a replacement charger, and swapping out both thumb and full twist throttles. Absolutely none of this resolved the issue, and the bike remains entirely unusable. Now, after I've done all the manual labor they asked of me with zero success, they are refusing to repair or replace the bike. Their customer service has resorted to sending me in circles, repeatedly giving me the exact same generic instructions to "check the cables." Do not waste your money or your time. This seller will not stand behind their product if you receive a defective unit. Look for a different brand with decent customer support.

The bike works as expected. The mirrors don’t stay and we may end up taking them off as a result. The bike is taller than anticipated making it impossible to remain seated in a stopped position. It’s hard to get used to and I worry about falling over because I can’t touch the ground if seated. The step through part is also higher as a result and narrower than expected so I can’t put the water bottle holder on the frame as I would like otherwise I can’t get my leg through so it’s on the handle bars which isn’t where I wanted it. FYI I’m 5’7”. The seat is comfortable. It’s a heavy bike. Update. Puckipuppy read my review and did everything possible to make me a happy customer. The customer service was excellent.

What a little sneaky pack of power I got the Golden Retriver Pro For me and this bulldog ST for my Wife And she loves it !We have had a ball a blast. There’s not a thing wrong with this BULLDOG ST. It’s worth every penny my wife loves it.

I love this bike, I didn't know how I would react as I am a road bike rider. I do 10 to 20 miles a trip on the weekends. But this bike let's me go further with pedal assist and not be as tired when I am done. My only problem is the power button is so small , and the buttons for the pda levels is small also. But I did notice when the battery gets to half used the throttle, and the pedal assist starts to get sluggish, slow response. But other than that , I love this bike.
