Lightweight, compact and durable!
This carryon is built well and very durable. It’s easy to lift up in the overhead and being a soft case, it can compress down for smaller planes. It glides well on carpet, tile, thresholds, and pavement! The exterior material is thick and keeps your items protected!

Best luggage ever
I love my Swiss luggage. It has great space even for the way I pack (everything but the kitchen sink). The outside material is nice and sturdy to even stand up to airport handling. The wheels work perfectly on every surface. It works so well I bought a medium and large size. Well worth the price. I highly recommend this product.

Marginal quality: lack of key usability features
Disappointing. Will return. No interior straps to hold contents in place. Contents will end up on the bottom of the bag in a big mess. Nothing on the backsides of the unit to protect it from conveyor belt abrasion. Nothing on exterior to attach another small bag during transport within an airport. Material appears to be of marginal quality.

Very Nice. But NOT TRUE CARRY-ON SIZE!
This is a nice suitcase, well-made, pretty easy to wheel around, can get a bit top heavy & tilt if you put another bag around the handle, but not so much that I won't use it because I already have one like this and it's fine. I already have a SwissGear set and love them, though I don't travel much so they don't get a lot of wear and tear. I was was trying to get the smaller airline-approved (and foreign airline approved) size - 22 inches - which is why I ordered this particular size - the description says 20 inches. So I was very upset when I received this that it is only 21 (not 20!) inches WITHOUT the handle and wheels. WITH the wheels & handle, it is a full 24 inches, the same size as the one I already had! BEWARE THE SIZING!

Nice luggage!
Best luggage ever. So far it survived a trip to Spain and Portugal. Strong material, great wheels - which is really important!

Smooth rollers, holds a lot more than it appears
Used this in europe, it held up quite well rolling over cobblestone streets.

SwissGear spinner wheels
The first time I used this bag one of the wheels broke! I do not recommend this bag at all. Unfortunately I didn't use it till 60 days after I bought it. Don't waste your time with this
