The burner is good and the glass is strong and scratchless. The burner itself has no noise and auto-ignition works perfectly on batteries. It is very easy to use Nd easy to install ourselves even though faber sent an installation expert to install it for the first time. The burner is quite safe and there has been no gas leakages in the last one year though it lacks an auto cut feature. we are satisfied after using it for almost one year. The delivery had some issues like the wrong model being delivered etc so we had to get it replaced twice. But post that the burner has been functioning flawlessly. The post sale service for faber is also satisfactory. So overall it has been a good experience

Update: After I posted my review, the service centre contacted me and acknowledged the issue. They offered to refund the wrongfully charged service fees. I appreciate the follow-up and resolution ———————————————————— The hob glass broke within just 6 months of purchase, which is well within the 1-year comprehensive warranty period. Although the glass was eventually replaced, the process took 14 days, causing unnecessary inconvenience. What is most disappointing is that I was asked to pay ₹400 as technician visiting charges, even though the issue was clearly a product fault covered under warranty. Charging customers for service visits in warranty cases is unfair and defeats the purpose of offering a warranty. After-sales support did not meet expectations. I would advise potential buyers to consider this before purchasing.
