I ordered a set of 4 Revo Therapy Cups and I’ve been really happy with my purchase. I used one across my back and shoulders, and it noticeably helped loosen a lot of the tightness I was dealing with. It felt effective and easy to use. I do think it is important to review the instructions, you don't want to put the cups in specific places- over major arteries or directly over your vertebrae. I did run into an issue with 1 of the 4 cups not maintaining suction. I reached out to the customer service email and was impressed with how quickly they responded. They provided clear troubleshooting steps, along with guidance on what to do if the issue continued. The troubleshooting worked, and the cup is now functioning properly. The tube was not closed tightly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. The customer service team made sure product was functioning properly before they ended their communications with me.

The suction is definitely strong, so I recommend starting on a lower setting and working your way up. I also really like the heat because it feels relaxing on tired muscles. I love this cupper! It relieves tension in my neck and shoulders within minutes. The red-light provides a comforting heat. Best of all it is easy to use by yourself. It has different levels of intensity for either different body parts or levels of tolerance. Great battery life i can use it for many sessions before having to recharge and it is compact enough to travel with in my carry on.

But what truly impressed me was the customer service experience I recently had. The charging cable on one of my cups stopped working, so I reached out to Revomadic to ask about a replacement. They let me know they don’t sell or replace charging cables individually, which I understood. What I didn’t expect was what happened next — they asked for my address and said they’d see what they could do. A few days later, a package arrived with a brand new Revo Cup, charging cable, and all the accessories included. No charge, no hassle. This device is amazing. I go and get Molly massages and I normally pay to get cupping done there but now this is gonna save me so much money cause I can do it anywhere and whenever needed. It has a bunch of different modes that you can choose and how tightly you’d like it. Definitely recommend if you’re in the gym or have back related issues

Too strong

Delivery was poor. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe that was unlucky.... When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I've since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having. Will return or put in the bin.

this is not the device as in the description. the display does not display any digits. it is without a brand. I see in other companies and the display works well, I do not have it.
