TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE but FINALLY RECEIVED A REFUND
Item was defective and wouldn't lock in place on helmet. Still waiting for refund after 4 weeks.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I finally received a refund on 2/12/2025.The seller has also offered me a free replacement for my trouble. We Shall See.

Clips were broken
I was so excited to get this visor in, and it would have been a perfect fit for my Strada 3 but both of the clips were broken so I couldn't even attempt to get it attached to the helmet. It did appear to be pretty good quality aside from being broken. I returned it and ordered another one, so hopefully the new one isn't broken and I can actually use it. I'll update my review when it gets here.
