We’ve been using the Qubo Instaview Video Doorphone, and overall the experience has been very good. The 2K video quality is clear and sharp, and the instant call feature to the mobile phone and wireless home tablet is extremely useful, especially when you are not near the door. The two-way audio is clear, and notifications are prompt. Installation was easy, and the app is simple to use. The build quality also feels sturdy and premium. One thing to note: if the internet connection is not strong, the two-way communication can get affected with slight lag or delay. With a stable internet connection, however, it works smoothly. Overall, it’s a reliable and value-for-money smart video doorbell, ideal for homes looking for better security and convenience.

I deeply regret purchasing the Qubo doorbell. The product itself may seem fine, but the installation and customer service are absolutely terrible. After delivery, I raised multiple installation requests — each time the technician was confirmed but never showed up. I waited at home, took leave from work, and even received last-minute promises that someone would arrive, but no one ever turned up. There was no call, no update, and no accountability from Qubo or their installation partner. Even after replacement, the same story repeated — new delivery, new installation request, same false commitments and complete negligence. It’s shocking how a reputed brand can provide such unreliable, unprofessional, and careless service. Customer care is useless — they raise tickets, close them without action, and never follow up. The entire process has been frustrating, time-wasting, and disrespectful to the customer’s time and trust. If you value your time and peace of mind, do not buy Qubo products. Their after-sales support is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

It is a good product with improved camera, clarity(2MP) and connectivity (wifi 5ghz). With the Instaview Tab monitoring and viewing the door surrounding from the doorbell camera is easy now, anyone at home can use it if mobile phones are not around. Pros: 0. No lag is pressing and bell ring. 1. Video or image clarity is good. 2. Connectivity over wifi is good. 3. The new chime plug is louder and has many melody to select from. The volume level can be adjusted or muted. 4. The Instaview Tab can be act like a digital photo album and can be used anywhere within wifi range (just need a power connection). 5. The doorbell installation is soundless and can be fitted in place of existing analog door bell but AC power is needed. 6. Both camera and Instaview Tab has memory card slot for storing the photo/video for bell press event. 7. The doorbell can also capture based on motion detect or in always capture mode. Cons: 1. The instaview tab can connect over Wifi 2.4Ghz only and not over 5Ghz band. 2. The app is bit sluggish and sometime fails to open in pre configured mode - I had to delete the app and again install and login. 3. The trigger configuration is bit difficult for any normal user. A wizard could have been given for common use-cases. 4. The subscription is needed to be able to record, storage and viewing online. And it is bit costly for Gold plan as per my opinion. 5. The instaview does not work if internet is not there (when only wifi is there without internet), but chime plug works without internet over wifi. 6. The angle made by the camera mount on the external doorbell area is fixed (around 45 degree) and cannot be adjusted to suitable angle (wish for 60 degree angle). Overall a good and recommended buy for all.

You rarely meet service professionals who are this patient and polite. He was soft-spoken, explained every single feature in such simple terms, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Even the small details—like making sure everything was set up properly before leaving—he took care of with so much sincerity. Now about the products: I got the Qubo doorbell and tablet, and after using them, I genuinely feel they’re worth it. What impressed me most is how smoothly everything works together. It’s not just about one device—it’s about how the whole ecosystem connects. When I added the biometric door lock too, that’s when it really felt like a complete smart-home upgrade. The compatibility between all three is spot on, and it gives a lot of peace of mind. It’s rare these days to feel this satisfied with both the product and the service. If you’re on the fence, my honest advice is: don’t just buy one—get the doorbell, tablet, and biometric lock together. Review for Qubo Video Doorbell Pro I ordered the Qubo Video Doorbell Pro from Amazon. During the initial installation, the unit was found to be faulty. However, Qubo’s customer support responded quickly and arranged a prompt replacement. The replacement unit was delivered on time, and the installation was completed smoothly without any hassle. I have been using it since then, and so far the performance has been good. Video quality and responsiveness meet expectations. Overall, a good product backed by responsive customer support, which makes a big difference.

Never Opt for Qubo: 1. There after sale support from Qubo is pathetic. 2. Most of the devices shipped are outdated ones (in my case Item bought is 2026 March, item manufactured in 2024 Dec) 3. The expectation is device will connect to internet & software will get updated post which that should work. no fallback plan what if it doesn't connect. Work with support to replace the item. 4. Working with there support is pathetic, a. No followups OR issue workflow etc. Customer has to follow up in person everytime. Not even to basic email etc b. There usual process is to assign a video call with there technical team. c. There technical team will not have time slots available, for next 3-4 days. You are at there mercy now, no priority, no alternate way to support etc. As per there support "Only getting locked outside home is priority rest all can wait" d. After basic troubleshooting they will say we shall replace the item, which would take 7-8 days in itself. e. There support s/m is outdated to the extent where lookup by phone# OR emailId is also not available. Yoy have to mention the ticket number manually. f. This cycle continues, they dont have a refund policy. 5. Post all these, the device has lot of limitations. Frequent disconnections, need for multiple reboot etc. Can work with only 2.4G wifi & not with 5G. With new routers(mesh based) there are no explicit wifi as 2.4 & 5. How will it work? 6. Dont go by review here, majority of the reviews are forced ones. Post installation the person, will not leave the premise until review has been provided. Seems that has been mandated to these installation folks.

This is my second purchase of this combo product. Qubo app is very responsive and is very user friendly. The product itself, the doorbell cannot get any better than this. It has got the live recording as well as motion, person and person who rings the bell function. You can watch live as well as recording of the visitors. Also, you can see the visitor in the display in your living room as soon as they ring the bell outside. Coming to the service, the Qubo backend team is highly responsive. I am impressed by the professionalism shown by each service team right from the call service desk to the head quarters audit team. In case of any issue they will continuously follow up and make sure you receive a meaningful response. I have also used their smart socket. It is good as well. I recommend Qubo devices.
