Durable, simple to put together, quality product
I wanted a small garden bed for potatoes, but I did not want the hassle of putting things together with a nail and hammer. This product was the perfect solution. It arrived quickly and without damage. Everything was packaged very well and the put together was simple, simply slide the longboard into the corner pieces and wherever you want in your yard and that’s it. I was able to set this up by myself and under 10 minutes. It looks very nice. The material is strong and I feel like this will last me a long time, and is a great product for the price point. It was so good that I ordered another one to place at my community garden.

Very nice easy to assemble planter
Very nice. Sanded and smooth. Not heavy but adequate thickness. I didn't realize you could buy 2 and stack for more depth. Be careful when assembling. I split one of the corner post sides off, but easy to fix with a little wood glue and screws. Pre drill a hole before putting in a screw for anything. The wood will split otherwise. I wanted it a little deeper so I put bricks i had under the frame which also keeps it off the ground. Easy to assemble myself, but easier/better with 2 people to keep it straight. Thats how I broke off a corner when I twisted the frame.

Good easy kit
These are easy to put together. It took me 20 or 30 minutes to do two kids by myself. I even decided to move my garden beds somewhere else and it only took me 15 minutes to deconstruct and reconstruct these boxes. The wood is thin but I'm okay with that. It had a nice smell out of the packaging, I suspect it was sprayed with something to repel water or bugs, it kind of had a zesty smell like pine sprayed with orange rind. These look really nice, my neighbor has complimented me on these several times and even likes them enough that he's considering doing wood boxes in his garden next year. I like that these are modular, you can add four planks per post to build whatever configuration you want. I plan on buying more of these next season. $65 for a garden bed seems expensive but when I priced out lumber for the same size garden bed as a DIY project, all my estimates were between $80 and $100 per garden bed. I'm happy with these for the price, the functionality is good, they look nice. I'm happy with the size. We'll see how they hold up in the winter to ice and snow. It's been an exceptionally rainy summer with high humidity and continuous 90° and above days, and these have held up well so far.

Fantastic...with some alterations!
For the $85, you can't ask for more. One of the boxes in the background would cost $200 with the crazy cost of cedar right now. Is easy to assemble, looks nice (though looks processed!), and holds up well. Don't worry about the water in the 2nd picture - that has only to do with my momentary stupidity - which we need not discuss - nothing to do with the product. If you're putting a weed guard down, it's perfect for shallow root fruits / vegetables like strawberries, peppers, or onions. The actual height is about 9 ½", not 10". We made a few adjustments for a variety of reasons. First, if you want it taller for deeper-rooted plants such as tomatoes, you could easily add a board to do so. Second, for those who are complaining about boards splitting, here is basic construction 101: PRE DRILL. We didn't have any issues with splitting, but I can see where you would if you didn't predrill. Third: we cut the bottoms off the decorative posts. Yeah, they're pretty, but they'll hinder your garden. This will leave a gap between your side panels and the ground, allowing dirt to escape. Yes, you could also use a weed barrier along the sides, but that seems kind of weird to do for the one that rests on the ground. We DID do this on the ones in the background that we built, but that was only because these 8x6s were 3 high. Cutting the bottoms allows your boxes to rest directly on the ground, or, as in my case, to allow for bricks to be flush against the boxes. Which leads to my final point. Finally, especially because it is cedar / Chinese fir, it's very soft wood. If you want these to last any length of time, I advise putting something around the outside perimeter to push back. Why? Because the dirt (plus water) will push out on the panels, which will cause bowing, and quickly. This applies force inwards, which mostly prohibits that. Yes, it'll eventually wear and you'll have to replace it. But this will exponentially expand the life span. In the end, construction only, you'll spend abiut $100 per box if you're savvy and do it right. Which is still MUCH better than $200 for wood alone.

Great raised garden beds
I bought 5 kits and turned the side of a shed into a nice looking garden. These were so easy to put together. I bought the natural and stained it with outdoor chocolate stain. I love them!

Easy assembly planters
I love these planter boxes. I bought three of them. I was able to put them together very easy to put together and now I have more space for all my gardening. I love this product. I also stapled mesh underneath so that the moles or bowls and gophers cannot come through, which took a little extra time and money, but I think it’s well worth it.

Good value
I like that these have the interlocking sides so that you can easily expand the bed and section parts of it off. It was very easy to assemble and just the right size for our starter garden. We liked it so much we bought another one to expand next summer.

Good for a few seasons
I purchased two of these during the past two years. They were easy to put together. The first season they were great. Between the summer, winter and spring (upstate SC) they have since warped and separated at one of the corners where they join. It’s still useable, but I was unable to reconnect and some of my soil is spreading into the yard.

So recommended!!!!
Blown away and highly recommend! I bought 3 to cover the space I wanted. Disclaimer up close you can tell they aren’t super high quality but I don’t care they look amazing over all!!! First awesome thing: package arrived a whole week early which was a blessing cause I could assemble before it rained! Then they were beyond easy to assemble my preteens could have easily done it by themselves! I thought I would hate the posts that everything just slide together but it made gardening on an uneven surface a delight! Which made my work a heck of a lot easier!!! I started this project around 6:30am (I wish I took a before and after) and got finished around 1:45pm that was preparing the ground/weeding, then assembling the planter boxes, going to the store 3 separate times and having to wait 30min to pick up soil and plants, layering the beds with cardboard, hay soil AND planting everything. I am exhausted but so HAPPY it all came together in one day.
