I love this neck pillow set. This is the third one I have purchased from the same seller as I use one at home, one for my hubby and one in the car. It is firm enough to stop your head from flopping from side to side or up and down. The weight is good and not heavy on the shoulders. I have also flipped it to the reverse side to give different support for napping. This is great for seniors as naps are needed often even in the car. I did not find the pillow to get cold or hot from sweat making it not a temperature problem and is very comfortable. The pillow can be adjusted for tightness with the chin pull cords are by squeezing the release knobs and sliding the cords upward to tighten or downward to loosen. The eye mask can be looped in the chin strap area for keep it secure when not in use. The ear plugs are of foam and have their own case to keep them from getting lost. I have spot cleaned the pillow and air dried without any problems. I can roll the pillow and place back into its drawstring pouch for easy travel.

This airplane neck pillow made long flights so much more comfortable. The memory-foam support cradles my neck without feeling too firm, and the soft cover feels great against my skin. It’s lightweight, easy to pack, and the adjustable strap keeps it from sliding around when I nap. Is it fashionable? No. Are you going to attract your future husband on the plane if you wear this? No. But, is it comfortable, functional, and soft? Absolutely. I usually have a VERY hard time sleeping on planes, but this and a melatonin gummy gave me the most restful sleep i’ve ever had on a plane. I like how it rolls up into a convenient carrying case.

LOVE this neck pillow! I usually have a hard time sleeping on planes, but I slept through my entire flight both times I used this pillow. It was so easy to carry with me through the airport and easy to take on and off while seated on the plane. I have only used it a few times now, but it’s held up well and hasn’t softened at all, which I appreciate. I love the eye mask it comes with as well, which helped me block out the light and sleep very well on my morning / midday flights. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the ear plugs it comes with are not great, but that’s not a big deal at all. Overall very happy with my purchase!

This Neck pillow is cool when you're using it. But if you want to you can unzip the outer sleeve and toss in the washer and dryer. It's EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE when sleeping in a sitting position. I use it during my Dialysis treatments. And it has clips that hook together to support your neck it's Lightweight I've been using mine 3 days each week and it's still as comfortable as the day I took it out of the compressed package. . Highest recommendation. If I ever need a new one I'm coming back to purchase it again.

This neck pillow was very soft and nicely made. However, for me, it was bulky and uncomfortable. Once I got it out of the bag, I had a heck of a time even trying to get it back into it. Almost impossible to get back into the travel bag. I eventually just left it out of the bag and attached it to the outside of my luggage.

We purchased 4 of these for international travel. Our flights were 9 hours each direction. These neck pillows do a wonderful job of supporting your head while in the uncomfortable airline seats. It did allow the family to sleep part of our flights away. The best part of the Neck pillows are that they come with little shove sacks to keep them in when not in use. They are very very snug to push into them. Pay attention to the orientation of how they come out, to know which way they go back into the bag. Once in the bag, they conveniently fit into backpacks or carry-ons. This is a huge selling point. Let's face it, no one needs more items to carry through an airport. We also used these on 2 lengthy high speed train trips. Well worth the cost for the comfort and ease of use.
