You don’t need to watch the show to play the game, but the game is so fun!

I have played the original Love Letter game version and didn't actually enjoy it. But surprisingly, I really enjoyed the Bridgerton version. Part of the reason is because I watched Bridgerton and so the characters were all familiar to me, so it was easy to remember who was who in the game (and what their character powers were). As a sometimes gamer and a Bridgerton fan, this game was easy to learn and fun to play. A few cute elements I thought that made this game special were the use of "diamonds" instead of regular tokens and Lady Whistledown's logo on the game cards and on blue felt bag that keeps all the cards/tokens together. Everything felt very regal and royal when playing, akin to maybe what a Brigertoninan might feel back in the day. Very enjoyable!

Love this game and this is such a fun variation. I gave this as a gift and it went over well.

If you like love letters and Bridgerton, hard to go wrong with this. Love the different mechanics. My wife is a huge fan.

Fun game. Quick to learn quick to play. Small and easy to take with you. Only issue, it says 2-4 players. It’s not a fun game for 2 people. It’s enjoyable enough for 3 and good with 4 but it really doesn’t work for just 2 people.
