I have been using these for around a month. It is always hard to say whether something is definitely going to always work just by reading reviews as everyone is different and women health is a tricky area, but I have been prone to general itching and thrush below. Since using these, when my period comes, I am finding the itching is less than usual so I hope that is working. For now, they seem to be so long May it continue! I find these easy to take. They are far cheaper than the leading brand ones!

These helped when i got thrush during pregnancy. I always like to take probiotics when i have been sick or on antibiotics. They are good at balancing the areas that have been affected and increasing the good bacteria. Has no taste or side effects. I had no issues with the product.

Found relief and noticed a difference within a few days on the the second blister pack now. Take in the morning with breakfast. I definitely recommend if you have an imbalance but are not for infections (you must use appropriate medication here or see a GP) but for changes after taking antibiotics, perimenopause, menopause, washing powders, irritations, slight odour change, these tablets are your friend.
