Good Product

The seeder seems to be OK quality. But it is fully made of thin plastic, so I do not expect it to last for more than 3 years. My main problem is terrible customer service from Balwaan Krishi. In my new planting season, I wanted to change the seed spacing, as is advertised with this product. However, the required 5S and 6S spacing plates were missing. I contacted the customer service team of Balwaan Krishi, and my experience was so bad that I took this time to write this review. On my very first call, the lady very excitely told me that as I had purchased the item more than a few months before, then they would not send me the missing parts. PERIOD. It was quite dissapointing, she was not interested in the slightest in resolving the problem. After my repeated efforts, I received several other phone calls over a period of two weeks. At each call, a new customer service person would tell me that they would try to recolve my issue. I even offered to pay for the parts. I JUST NEED THE PARTS SO THAT MY NEW EXPENSIVE MACHINE IS NOT A WASTE. Finally today, after again waiting for a response for days, the operative tells me that they do now stock this part. I am very upset with this company. They are basically thieves. They claim 12 month warranty, and high quality equipment. This is a LIE.

I had called company from 1 to 6pm , there was ring but nobody was picking phone,this show attitude of employees.

Working fine, does the job, I wish the product includes seed selector for smaller seeds.
