Great little knife
Holding edge good, it was very good quality for the price, materials seem to be good. Fits well in the hand, I like the weight of it and how it is heavy enough but not too heavy, the locking mechanism holds the blade and it's position good with no play. When you open it. It's a smooth action and lock smoothly.

Great Gentleman's Knife
I'm sure a lot of it has to do with anesthetics to my bias, but this has become probably my favorite pocket knife to carry. Close call between this and the CJRB Ria. But this knife aside from just having that classy look, holds an edge really well, easy to resharpen, and is slicey. The push button lock might be my new favorite locking mechanism. It's simple, fast and effortless. And while I'm not particularly a bearing guy, for this knife's purpose of an EDC or at the office knife, that isn't going to be outdoors and taking a beating, I'm okay with it and it's got a nice and smooth action, with the multiple deployment options you can do.

Buy it. Bowie blade is great. Beautiful knife. Well made. Should cost more.
Great edc knife and beautiful. The best part is the true bowie shaped blade. Sticks into things with ease. Comes sharp ootb. Pocket clip is good. Doesn’t hold as well as a spyderco clip but dang close. Just be careful when reaching into your pocket to pull something else out. I work in very tight spaces. Hasn’t fallen off yet. Well made. Best knife you can get at this price point and a lot better than knives that cost three times as much with exception of Rat 1 knife.

Great blade, awkward closing
I really wanted to like this knife and the closing mechanism is the only reason I don't love this knife. The handle was made well and the fit was great. The knife blade was solid without wiggle, sharp out of the box. The closing mechanism was awkward to use and could not be used one handed by me. I am sure others might find it easy to use or perhaps there was a burr internally that caused it to close hard. I ended up giving the knife away to a friend as the steel was great and otherwise a knife I was proud to give without feeling like I was being cheap.

A true winner!
This is an incredible EDC, couldn't be more pleased. The fit, action, materials QC ,blade sharpness and appearance are outstanding. It's very smooth and fidgets flawlessly. Glad I went for the Rosewood scales, good grain and color, does have a bit of grip texture. In my modest collection of about 16 very decent knives this has moved to the top of the list. Very precise workmanship. No regrets whatsoever.

Beautiful knife…with some problems.
Beautiful knife. I wish I could give it a better review. I may have just gotten a lemon, but mine is not so great. The blade looks burnt in places, possibly from the heat treatment, not sure. Out of the box the action is super sluggish. Couldn’t get it any better really without getting blade play. But probably the worst QC issue is the button lock is craaazy sticky. I’ll probably try to fix it with a dremel and polishing bit, but you shouldn’t have to fix a brand new knife. This one has been sitting on my list for a while so I was excited to get it, unfortunately this particular knife is pretty disappointing. Not gonna give it a terrible star rating cause I truly believe I just got a lemon. But yeah, pretty disappointed.

1 year edc review.
I love this knife and I've carried it every day to work for almost a year with moderate random use and zero maintenance. The blade still has a good edge and no corrosion. The release button still functions great. The wooden grip has a couple of dents from impacts where I dropped it and the wood color is consistent throughout and not painted on. My only complaint is the metal pocket clip. It is secured by two screws. The metal clip itself is great, but in my everyday activity, the top screw has somehow managed to unwind itself and fall out. I'm probably going to retire this knife and buy another. I might loctite the next one. All and all it's worth the money.
