This works great at repositioning your toe but it doesn't work in a shoe cause its too bulky. I will keep using it around the house but you have to wear socks for it to stay on. Its also really soft and washable.

These pads are wonderful! They are comfortable, durable, easy to put on, and make a world of difference while wearing my hiking boots. I found the trick to keep them on and in perfect position is to put a strip of breathable plastic surgical tape (my personal is 3M "Nexcare flexible clear tape" which I purchase here regularly from Amazon ) about 4 inches long over the top of the foot circling over the pad and then wrapping under the sole of the foot. This keeps the little side flap in perfect position when barefoot or wearing socks or in any other circumstance. These pads are also made of silicon or some other substance which is very easy to keep clean Just rinse briefly with soap and water and use them repeatedly. They are actually quite durable

I have tailor's bunions that really hurt when they rub against footwear. My podiatrist recommended this type of product, to cushion the bunion for greater comfort. I bought this product as it looked good and the price was very reasonable. The very soft silicone sleeve slides over your baby toe and extends along the side of your foot. It's incredible how much relief this provides! No more rubbing and pain! I took off 1 star because the part that fits between the baby toe and its neighbour is too thick for my comfort. I easily modified it with a pair of scissors ... I snipped off some of the excess material, and now it fits perfectly.

It feels good to the touch but I am so sure it worked. My Taylor's bunion was fixed and completely pain free because I had orthotics to correct my stance and walking posture. My podiatrist is the real cure. Thank a podiatrist today. No, I am not a podiatrist.

The silicone rubber is very comfortable. The relief I received is great. It is difficult to put a sock on over the pad, the sock tends to pull the pad down. It would be nice to have some kind 0f tacky treatment on the foot side to hold it in place
