Parts Center Mk2 Gas Surface Box

Ordered this cover and delivered the next day. Easy to fit to replace old, cracked and dirty one. Lovely and clean and bright now. Very happy and as I left the original back plate on I did it in 10 minutes. Seemed a shame to throw away the new back plate but not needed. I agree with other reviewers, shame you can’t just buy the front cover at a lesser cost. But would recommend 5*

Good sturdy standard exterior meter box.You cannot remove the back plate as the actual gas meter is attached to that.so that goes to waste; only the surround and door is replaceable.Good enough. And looks much better than the old damaged one.

Good value for money

The finish on this isn't great, 1 of the corners is very thin on fiberglass and the vents haven't been properly cut out.It works and is cheap

Product does what it says and is now in place housing the gas meter.

I wasn’t too sure if I was ordering the right replacement as the size didn’t seem to match but finally noticed it was wider at one part. The back plate comes with it which does click off to remove (took me a while to work out how) and then it sits in position. Little pegs push into the holes to keep it in place. No drilling needed if it is just replacing an old one.
