How do you get the last bit of the medicine out of the pump? With my makeup that comes in a pump, I can take the lid out and use a cotton swab, etc.

I take a pair of pliers and wiggle the blue top part of the pump off. There's quite a bit left in there when you do.

Is pump better then tube

I prefer the tube. More control, less waste. Pump is a metered dose that's a pretty big glob. Abreva works best if you get started at earliest sign of flare-up.

Can you use on the inside of your lip?

If you have a cold sore you only need apply it to where the cold sore is on the outside. It will heal the coldsore just fine. Abreva works really well to absorb and locate the virus. If you only have a sore inside, this may not be a cold sore at all and may require a doctor to evaluate.
