We bought these for our service dogs, standard poodles, for a movie in June so we're still early in the training process. My daughter's boy in the black was absolutely terrified the first couple of times, I think it was because of the sudden damping of sound. Our first public test run will be at the cruise in tomorrow, weather permitting. Looking forward to finding out all the situations these can be implemented in. Update** Took the boys to the casino today for training and the chomin did great. There is a learning curve for placement and strap adjustment. I highly recommend placing a few stitches in the chin strap once you have it sized right, just to make sure it doesn't work loose and then slides down their neck.

I got these for yg when he was a pup because I like bass systems and when he was a pup he used to puke when I turnt it up. So I got em these and now we can bump mobb deep n ride together without getting puke all over the inside of the cars. ☺️ a sound investment. Probably would be good to get a young hunting dog, used to gun noise. Or for fireworks for them regular dogs who bug out every 4th of July. 4th of July is rough for us. These really work for my fireworks hating princess! The strap does come off when she shakes her head though so be mindful that you will have to fix it occasionally.

I had to return this product because it did not stay on my dog's head. I ordered a size small. It looked so cute on, I wish it had worked. He also could still hear me when I talked to him. Another reason why I needed to return was that the clue that holds part of the black cushion became loose and came apart. I would love hearing protection that stayed on for my little guy.

Purchased this for my small to medium dog (a mini Australian shepherd). It’s comfortable enough that he does wear it without wanting to take it off, but it slips away from his ears and head easily. It filters out soft and moderate noise but it didn’t do anything for fireworks; I mainly purchased this for the 4th of July but it didn’t really help much in that regard.

I got these for my 10lb maltipoo so he could join me comfortably at music shows. With only a few slight adjustments, they fit him perfectly, and he is so comfortable wearing them! Highly recommend these to any dog owners and lovers. This will definitely come in handy for 4th of July firework shows. Dogs have hearing that’s so much more sensitive than humans! Great set of cute doggy headphones! :)

Did not stay on my dog

Unfortunately, they did not stay on my 10 pound Wiener dog. But in the products defense, she can practically get anything off. I would recommend this product for a more tamer dog, that it’s slightly larger. The packaging was beautiful, and the manufacturer took time to seal it with a thank you sticker. You could tell they put effort into the product, and packaging. They are not some low-quality product from China.

Early days, but these ear muffs are the business. My collie dog LIKES wearing them! Bought for fireworks night but she was barking frantically because of noise next door so I put them on her as an experiment. A dreamy, peaceful expression came into her eyes before she fell asleep. 4 stars because (1) I find the under the chin fasterner tricky to close without catching her skin and (2) they slip backwards off her pointy shaped skull. Flat-headed dogs only should apply ;). But they are comfortable and do the job.
