Great product and clasp is easy to take off and put on

Beautifully made
Jade symbolizes wealth, purity among other things. This bracelet is so well made and it’s the first time I’ve ever purchased an 18k gold over sterling silver. The bracelet is beautifully crafted and I was able to put the bracelet on by myself. It has a double catch once the bracelet is inserted into the catch there a two clasps in the sides that assure the bracelet won’t fall off. A lovely addition to my jewelry collection.

Item turns in to rust
When I received the item I was very pleased it has been a year since I have had it I store itbin it’s original packaging when not using and it has completely rusted I tried reaching out to the seller and because it’s been over a year they could not do anything which again is very disappointing. A piece this beautiful should be able to last a lifetime.

Clasp is not secure
So disappointed that the clasp is not secure and bracelet had fallen off!!!! I will have to take to jewelry shop to seek what can be done

Too Small & clasps don’t stay on
First! It’s a nice looking bracelet it caught my attention. However, my wrist is very small so I ordered the smallest size allotted and it still doesn’t fit. Also, I tested the side clasps to locked the bracelet and they do not stay on tight, it’s very loose. If I were able to wear the bracelet it would have fallen off by being too loose. This purchase was not cheap at all. I’m not satisfied that I can’t wear it. I should have read the reviews first before purchasing. I let my eyes go before my pockets a lesson well learned. So, I’m at a crossroads to return it or take it to a jeweler to have the clasps tighten and gift it to my granddaughter.
