Excellent - quieter & lighter than same model in 2021. Plenty of ooomph to cut twigs shrubs and tree branches. Def recommend for great garden shreddings and avoid trips to council tip.

A little surprised that it didn’t come with an instruction manual but I’d had a shredder before so carried on. Initially not impressed with its abilities as I was feeding stuff in on the right hand side of the inlet, but switching to the other side and it was transformed ! Comfortably eats 40mm branches with a little effort from the operator to push it down. My one gripe is just how often it gets clogged up with leaves and twigs. It is very easy to open up and clean out, but the fact it is so easy suggests they expect it to get jammed frequently. Overall, fairly happy with it

This works well, cuts up branches etc. Better than my older model which had a roller cutter and couldn’t cope with green pliable material. It is quite noisy but ear muffs help if you are going to be using it for a long time. It will also cut up paper no need for a separate shredder. Relatively light and easy to move around.

Really good at reducing the bulk all your cuttings. The blade looses its edge quite quickly but it still shreds most stuff. Make sure you open it up after youve finished for the day and brush all the fragments away from the blade etc. It really builds up.

Having previously owned a Bosch AXT Rapid 2200 for more than 15 years which developed a fault with the rotary switch. I decided to buy a new replacement - purchasing from Amazon was a good choice in terms price and delivery. The Bosch shredder comes with a 3 year warranty when registered. This shredder was easy to assemble and the performance is exceptional in use and converted garden waste - branches/shrubs/leaves, into wood chips and mulch very easily. Branches about 20mm in diameter was chopped up with ease. The feeder hopper is a perfect size. The shredder is an ideal weight to move around the garden, acceptable noise level and is powerful enough to complete garden clearance jobs. Bosch is a quality product and is highly recommended - this shredder goes with my other Bosch DIY and Garden equipment.

After great research I purchased this shredder - I chose Bosch as it has a good reputation. It arrived and I assembled it and set to use it in the Garden, it worked for 30 minutes and died. I did all the usual checks, electricity connected, made sure nothing was jammed in the blades, and it just did not work. My saga does not end there, I contacted Bosch's customer service - no response, again I sent another email to another office, and I got a response- and they indicated that they would arrange collection - sadly that did not happen I was redirected to another Repair Team who deal with the Republic of Ireland. I have had to shell out €30 to purchase appropriate packaging. Very dissappointed in Bosch.

It works as expected. I am having trouble with larger circumference items, so I’m not sure it works well at the highest level that it advertises. It gets blocked quite often.

Brilliant Garden Shredder at a good price. I have used it after cutting my Whitethorm and Ash Tree Hedge. No issues at all. Works beautifully and handled everything I threw at it. Lovely chippings after which I used around the base of mature tress to control weed growth.

Tried it for a few hours, so far it's great, getting use to how much can fit in at once, as someone who loves shoving loads in at once, need to take time putting stuff in it. Chops it up to a nice size.
