Okay, I'm a be honest I waited for this thing for about a week, & every day that passed made more and more excited about it's arrival 🤣! It finally arrived today & I tried it as soon as I could! I opened up the box, (by the way it comes In a pretty huge box) and inside.. I found ... Another box 🤣.. and inside that box ... I found the official product box. Once I opened it up it was exactly as described, I hooked it up, grabbed the remote that comes with it, pulled the little plastic tab out to active the battery & turned it on. It has 3 different settings, the biggest difference in the settings is more less the direction the bottom roller rolls (forward or backward), first option goes up twords your toes, second goes back twords your heels, & the third seems to switch back and forth every 5 minutes between both. It has 3 different speeds, first one is quite slow. Second is medium speed, & the 3rd is the fastest. If your trying to compare the difference in the 3 speeds you can't really tell the difference at first but the last one is definitely way faster than the first. The side compressions are basically the same thing over & over again. It feels great but if you want a different feel all you gotta do is move your foot around, I personally have a skinny foot so I have to move my foot around quite a bit to hit different pressure points. It has fairly good strength and compressions are pretty strong but not strong enough to hurt. My wife is very sensitive to pressure but this massagers pressure is pretty perfect The removable cover where your feet go makes it easy to clean, just unzip and throw in the washer on low and dry on low dumble as well. The only thing I will say I can complain about a little is the light screeching, I mean i understand it's a machine and it's not gonna be entirely quiet.. but idk maybe some WD-40 might help reduce this, at the end of the day.. while watching a show at a decent volume or some headphones resolve that issue. ( It comes and goes, so idk maybe it was just sitting before being used for a while) If this reduces more or if I notice it goes away all together I'll definitely give it the 5 stars I have yet to try it on anything but my feet but definitely can't wait to try it out on my calf's & armsm

My feet have always hurt me, I have high arches in both my feet and I get calluses a lot! I work in a daycare and am always on my feet. This massager worked wonders and had just the right amount of pressure to help my feet feel so much better after a long work day. The heat setting is amazing! It is so relaxing and works fast! I usually do 2 cycles which is about 20 minutes. This was a Christmas gift from my hubby and the best gift ever!

In buying a machine like this it is so important that you have access to a great customer service if there is a problem. I was so happy when I did run into a problem with my machine and contacted customer service-they immediately responded back to me. I told them the problem-sent them a picture and short video of the problem and with no questions asked-immediately they sent me a brand new machine. They also sent me a video of what might of went wrong with the other one and told me to keep it and possibly keep it for a back-up. I've never had a company be so supportive in their warranty. To me, this marks a company that is worth buying a product from. I love the machine and it has helped my foot very much. Unlike other machines I've had, this machine really feels like someone is massaging your feet and calves. My thanks to Tisscare's customer service.

Great product so far! 1) I wish there were more rotating/massaging balls on the bottom, bc that is the best feeling part imo, and you must move your foot forwards or backwards so they hit different areas, since they don’t move much other than their stationary rotation - but still gives a great massage. 2) I wish there was an indicator when you change thru speeds. The difference is subtle so I’m not really sure if I’m on high, med, or low. 3) (and the biggest wish for me) I wish it had a cover or carrying bag to keep dust off of it and ease of storage. Just a basic black cover/bag, like so many Amazon products come with. Even if the box “slid” open, instead of opening from the top, and could be reused easily, but the manufacturer box is a hassle to close and open each time, so I’m still trying to come up with a better storage solution for when not in use.
