I dont know alot about roku but i just looked at some images of the back side of the roku 3 and I only had seen reset, hdmi, and ethernet. The thing is you'll need a usb port for the passport device in order to complete you goal. another idea is if you have a SD card it shows the roku has a SD slot right under the HDMI slot.
