Jello’s instant pudding has always been amazing. But recently, I moved to a hotter climate and needed to stabilizer for whipped cream, and I’ve been using this 1 tablespoon per a cup of heavy cream and it works like a charm. I mix the heavy cream with vanilla and sugar until I get soft peaks and then I add in the tablespoon of instant cheesecake pudding mix. Not only does it give it a great flavor it keeps the whipped cream stabilized like a dream!!
