OVER THE MOON
AFTER READING 1 OR 2BAD REVEIWS I WAS ABSOLUTELY OVER THE MOON WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE. I BOUGHT AS A 1 OFF FOR A VILLAGE DAMBUSTERS PARTY I ORGANISED ON MAY16th. I'M INVOLVED WITH A MARIE CURIE FUND RAISING GROUP IN LINCOLN AND WE'VE BEEN INVITED TO HAVE A STAND AT A 3DAY WARTIME EVENT IN THE COUNTY. I DID'NT EXPECT TO WEAR MY OUTFIT ON THIS OCCASION BUT WHEN I SAW IT I CHANGED MY MIND. AT THE PRICE IT'S MUCH MORE THAN GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. JUST REMEMBERED SOMETHING, I DID REMOVE THE SHIRT ATTACHMENT AND WORE ONE OF MY OWN SHIRTS AND THIS IMPROVED THE OUTFIT. THANK YOU

Everybody loved the uniform at the party
Everybody loved the uniform at the party....the straps that went over the shoulder were too big and I had to stitch them to stop them drooping, but once I'd done. That, it was very authentic.

Flawed but still OK
Very cheaply made, but did the job well enough. Negatives: - Was far too large at waist and I had to get it tucked - belt and braces are useless and I had to unpick them and remove as the belt fastening would not stay closed - Would benefit from gaps to access pockets, as I was wearign it all day Positives - looks great - stitching lasted ok and after a wash is still intact

Brilliant for fancy dress needs. Did need an iron when we got it out of the packet.

Not worth the money - expected better
Very poor quality but made do with the jacket of which I had to cut the useless straps off. Belt is useless, cap is very poor quality but made do for one day. Pants thrown away, they are horrendous, had to buy some from another supplier. Noticed it is now out of stock apart from XL size. Do not waste your money look elsewhere.

Not worth the money even as a basic start
Poor quality, straps were not correct and had to be removed and replaced, cap was unusable. A very basic product for a not very basic price. Knew it would not be the same as the pic, but you really are not getting what you are seeing. Avoid - unless happy to make your own adjustments or it drops in price.

this costume is great! I dressed as captain mainwarring for a fancy dress party recently and this costume was loved by all- its a great costume- it would be a 5 star, but I had to repair the tie because it came apart, but the costume is great! well happy with my purchase!
