A nice mix of salt and Italian herbs
I have used this for pasta dishes, and it eliminates my need to include a lot of Italian herbs since this has it. It’s a nicely delicate fine grind of Sicilian salt that already has Italian herbs in it. It’s a treat to have since it comes in a nice antique bag that houses the salt mixture. It’s easy to use and open. Great flavor addition to your Italian meals.

Nice basic salt with light herb flavor
This salt is a nice finishing salt or a good salt for foods that need a little boost of flavor from the added herbs. I have been using it on popcorn or in my pasta dishes. Both go well with the herb flavor in this small bag of salt. I had to put my salt into a small jar after opening since the bag I got wasn’t resealable and I didn’t want any moisture getting into the salt. I’m not sure I would buy again just because it is easy to make my own variation of this.

This doesn't appear or to be like really good sea salt. It's way too salty. It's not flaky. Too ground.
