I'm a person who's insecure about my stomach. It's not very big but it's not flat either I've a mid size body. I had my doubts while ordering this item but I'm very surprised actually. This product makes your stomach look smaller and gives a very firm appears to the outer body. Remember it does not shrink your stomach so much but you could definitely see the results. It's very comfy and easy to wear , no issues while sitting or laying down. The only issue is that the material is very thin it can get ripped easily. I give this product a 4.5/5 and I'm happy that i bought this product 😊
