I bought this to make a birthday cake for someone who requested strawberry. It was good!! It was definitely moist, flavorful, and tasted great overall. Everyone was complimentary of it. It pairs nice with all frosting types - vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, etc. I recommend. In general I feel that Betty Crocker cake mixes are one of the best brands that gets you a tasty cake in a pinch.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how light and fluffy this cake is! It’s not super sweet either! It’s perfect just by itself as a lightly sweet snack with some coffee. My husband loved it with whipped cream on top, and I am willing to bet this would be amazing with vanilla ice cream or even a strawberry sorbet! I will most definitely be buying this cake mix again! I think I will buy some fresh strawberries to put on top with some light whipped cream next time! Yum! I highly recommend!
