Baby was not as stated
The baby doll was hard and ugly. Very disappointed because it says that it’s made out of silicone BIG. The foot was deformed. How can I contact customer service. Not worth $50

My little Rose.
Beautiflly crafted. She will capture the hearts of all those who see her in person. I named my doll Rose Mary. Or Rosanna Maria for the Spanish culture. Order this doll and the child or whom ever getting this doll will love her and you as well. As for value and size, HOME RUN doth times.

Looks nothing like the advertisement
I imagine that they used a real baby for the advertisement pics. What you get in the mail is something completely different! $50 for a doll you can get at Walmart for $20 to $30. I'll probably keep it for the kids when they come over; my friend's little toddler loves it so it's not a total loss.

this baby is definitely not full silicone. is hard to touch not soft. definitely not what we were expecting ... better description of this baby needed. as seen in the picture as hard as I'm pressing the cheek did not even dent in.
