I am having a great time making paper flowers with this paper punch. It works well. It may jam occasionally, but I just "punch" any paper that is stuck and you are all set to go again. This is important if you have a lot of flowers to make! I think the quality of EK Tools is there and I may buy more.

I love the three EK Tools flower punches I just received today. I immediately opened the packages to punch out some flowers - and I got Perfect cuts! EK Tools makes a really really great product! (BTW, I just returned one by another manufacturer that wouldn't even spit out my punched flower). Could not be happier with these three punches.

Punches can be so tricky sometimes! I make a LOT of handcrafted greeting cards, and use a LOT of punches of various types. I tend to reuse the ones that punch the easiest -- and this one is getting a lot of use. This one works well, and is fairly easy to punch. I've used it with heavy specialty paper (glitter card stock, for example), and much lighter patterned paper, and it works equally well for both -- the heavier paper takes a bit more pressure, of course, but it's not impossible. THe square it punches is almost exactly 2" x 2" measuring the widest part of the flourish. The bottom of this punch is open, so you can clearly see what you're punching, especially if you're trying to center a stamped sentiment or image. Bottom line: good quality, cleanly cuts a variety of papers with reasonable effort.

I am making collages and this works well for most papers. The leftover paper gets stuck especially if it is a thin paper. Otherwise it is a great punch and it gets passed around in collage class.

I decided to purchase them based on the positive reviews of others and I'm really glad that I did. *Very sturdy *Quick and easy to punch *Yields clean edges *Even punches cleanly through standard weight card stock (I have not tried to punch heavier stock.) *Allows punching farther from the edge than most other punches *Compresses flat for easier storage I wish ALL craft punches were available with this quality and design. I purchased all sizes of circles and this snowflake, and will definitely be buying additional designs. Highly recommend!

I bought this paper punch in order to cut out about 1000 flowers to make a wedding backdrop. The punch has made it through the entire process without wearing out or getting dull. I was fully satisfied with this purchase for my needs, but there are a few things I'd like to share for anyone considering buying this. 1) There was some oil residue from manufacturing, which left some oil stains on paper at first. I was able to use some junk paper to make test cuts and absorb the excess oil, and after that it was fine. 2) The punched out shape is easy to remove from the punch. However, the paper used is not always easy to remove. About 40% of the time it would catch on the inside of the punch when I would try to remove it, and either crinkle the paper or tear it. 3) The punch could cut through multiple sheets of paper at once, but I found the above issue was exacerbated when I did that, and the paper would all get jammed and have to be basically torn out of the punch piece by piece. It was less of a hassle to just do one sheet at a time. All in all however, this was an excellent product and it did what I needed it to do.

Nice punch for photo album labeling. This is punch is the most classic style of label I could find. There are 3 sizes, which have the following dimensions: Small: 29/32" Wide x 7/16" Tall. Medium Size: 1-7/16" Wide x 3/8" Tall. Large Size: 2-3/16" Wide x 31/32" Tall. I've posted pictures of each label next to my ruler if you care to look at the sizes. You can print your label on paper or card stock and then turn the punch upside down to line up the text in the shape, then press to punch out the shape. Pretty easy to figure out.
