just plain awesome e-mower
i have used this e-mower three times since i received it and i have to tell you it is an amazing machine. it has the power to cut just like my old gas mower but much quieter and lighter which makes a big difference to me, since part of my yard is at an incline which was chore with the gas mower. it is also so easy to start as well- the batteries have lasted through three yard cuts which is great. the height adjustment is also easy to adjust up or down

So far, so good!
I received the mower quickly and on time. It was in great shape coming out of the box, and the minor assembly required was easy and well spelled out. I fully charged the batteries before trying out the mower. Setting to deck level 3, I was able to cut my back yard easily and completely which took me about 30-35 minutes. There was still significant charge in the batteries. For a small to medium yard, as in my case cutting the front one week and the back the next, this mower works great!

Very well built. Easy to use and charge.
Good mowers, comes with 2 batteries. I mowed my front and back yard with on charge. 60x60 in back, 25x60 in front. Cuts thick weeds, very easy to maneuver. Sure beats a gas ,loud heavy machine. It's hard plastic or fiberglass. I bumped it several times, no problem.

Battery electric lawn mowers have come a long way BUT this one cannot be trusted
UPDATE: After having a couple of good seasons cutting grass with this mower, I used it last week for the first time this year only to discover the batteries appear to have died -- they are only lasting about 5 minutes when fully charged (after less than 2 years of ownership and maybe 15-20 uses). I called Lawnmaster support and was told there's only a 1 year warranty on the batteries. Very, very disappointed in what was otherwise a good product. Instead of spending another $120+ on replacement batteries with such a poor warranty, I decided to order a Greenworks mower which comes with a 3 year battery warranty. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Way back in 2011 I bought a Black & Decker CM1836 36-Volt Cordless Lawn Mower (not from Amazon, but I got it for a steep discount and was eager to get rid of the smelly, difficult-to-start gas lawn mower I'd been using). Unfortunately, It was awful (it's discontinued now but strangely has good reviews on Amazon) -- poor power (couldn't cut through long or damp grass), and short run time. Plus it didn't have a removable battery, so I had to drag it into my house to re-charge (I didn't have a garage, and my shed didn't have power). Just a nightmare experience, and I ended up giving it away and went back to my stinky, smelly gas powered lawn mower. In 2016 I decided to give electric lawn mowers another shot, but this time I bought a corded one (a Greenworks 25112) from Amazon, as I'd recently used a corded grass trimmer and was quite pleased with the performance. The lawn mower was only $150 (although I had to spend another $40 for a 100' extension cord). This delivered the kind of performance I was hoping for in 2011 -- a quick instant start every time, ample power, and clean and quiet. I used it for 7+ years and was fine with it, but of course using the long extension cord was an annoyance -- untangling it, dragging it to one outlet for the back, then another for the front, having to always be conscious where it was to ensure I didn't run over it, then having to wrap it back up and put it away for next time. So when I saw this Lawnmaster on sale for under $250 (less than I'd paid for a much less capable model in 2011), I figured I'd give it another shot. And boy, am I glad I did. I've used it a half dozen times so far and it hasn't disappointed. It is significantly lighter than the corded electric lawn mower I was using, and along with no longer needing a cord it makes it a breeze to maneuver. It's had no issue cutting through longer or wet grass, and the battery has lasted for my entire yard. The batteries are removable, of course, and popping them in and out to charge is a breeze. I know there are more expensive, feature-laden models out there, but I can't think of anything else I'd want on this one for a standard yard. Very happy with this purchase.

Exceeded Expectations
I feel like I am about to jinx myself by writing this review after one mow. For background, for the past few years I have been using a Greenworks 21inch deck mower. The batteries were awful on it, it cut awful, it seemed like it would cut out when it sensed I was about to get to the taller bits of grass. It honestly turned me off of buying an electric mower because I felt they were all the same. Que this mower. I read the reviews, figured it was worth a shot and wow I can’t believe I dealt with that Greenworks mower for this long. The LawnMaster mower was easy to put together and there was even juice in the batteries. When I started mowing my front lawn, I was amazed that there was no pieces of grass that it missed, unlike my last mower. The LawnMaster feels very lightweight and I am amble to maneuver it with ease. The size of the deck is perfect since i don’t have a huge yard, and it’s very quiet. So I’m suspiciously optimistic and if it continues to impress me, you better believe I’ll be buying a trimmer from LawnMaster too.

Great for medium lawns!
Great lawn mower for a medium sized yard like mine. 5000 sq ft lot. I just used it for the second time. On this run, I set it low and did four lawn bags of leaves. It ran out of juice which is understandable given the extra demand I put on it. What was great is the 60 minute fast charge had me back and finished after breakfast. So much lighter and nicer than a gas mower. I’m done changing oil.

It'll do...
It's a shame that the electric lawnmower manufacturers don't make corded mowers anymore...they were cheaper in cost and of better quality (or, at least the last 2 that I had did great jobs on my lawn!) I bought this lawnmower (the 19-inch deck size) nearly a week ago, and today (8/15/25) I set it up and used it. Oh, before I forget, I did open up the box last night in order to retrieve the batteries and charger so I could let the batteries charge overnight. According to the user manual, the batteries are supposed to become fully charged after 150 minutes; however, because my grass hadn't been cut in nearly 3 weeks, I wasn't taking any chances! I needed all the battery power that I could get! Setup of the lawnmower was fairly easy - took me about 40 minutes to figure out the parts, then to assemble it. Batteries went in fairly easy - make sure you hear the "click" of each one. The safety key was a little tricky, but I got it in. It does only go in one way so, if it doesn't go in the way you want, turn the key around and it should go in. When I was done setting it up, I thought that, overall, it's a bit too "plasticky", meaning that if this mower lasts 5 years, I'd be lucky. Now for the operation of the unit - I wouldn't say it's quiet but, it's definitely not like a gas powered mower either. I usually cut my grass tall so, the adjustable height lever was a plus. Two things that kind of bothered me: 1) the blade doesn't seem to be too sharp, and 2) the lawnmower bag, once it's full, you have no choice but to empty it because grass clippings start spewing out all over the place! Makes for a messy cutting! In regards to the batteries - it took me an hour and 15 minutes to cut my grass and the lawnmower still kept going, even after I finished. Overall, I'd have to give this lawnmower 3 stars. I think that at this price point, it's worth it, but I wouldn't spend anymore on it. If I had to letter-grade it, I'd give it a "B-/C+" Other than the 2 no-gos that I mentioned earlier, I wish that the deck size was wider. All of my previous lawnmowers had 21-inch decks; believe me - those extra 2 inches make a difference!
