I definitely feel a boost in energy after taking these. My appetite is reduced and I’m positive with the reduced appetite. It’s assisted with weight loss. Simply because it removes that desire to snack in the morning or in the day if you take them as you need to. I’ve used all the products that are also very good. But this one seems to work well also

It arrived quickly but there's a massive sticker over the label... In German!! I've got no idea how to use the product, dosage etc

I've been using these for about 2-3 weeks now and they have helped me lose a bit of weight. I take 3 on an empty stomach before a workout and feel noticeably more hungry after an endurance training session. The caffeine kick starts your metabolism so need to be aware you may need the loo after taking them (especially recommended dosage of 3). My mouth is also dry (dehydrated) if i drink coffee then have the pills as well - obviously caffeine overload so best not to drink coffee/tea with these as well. I can't speak for the endurance properties as generally feel like I have the same energy levels but have helped with weight loss. However, you can't take these pills forever so the trick is to eat sensibly once you start to lose the weight otherwise you'll just put it back on again. Worth a shot... Also, as others have stated, don't take these into the evening as may affect sleep.

All these did for me was to slim my bank account and make me consider tattooing my forehead with “Mug”. I didn’t loose weight. I didn’t get a boost during workouts. Nothing. Nadah. Zilch. Zero. Supplements are a scam. Good, proper fresh food is the way to go.

Buongiorno ho ricevuto l'articolo 2 giorni fa ma scade nel mese di dicembre quindi quasi impossibile finire la confezione !!!!!

Ho comprato questo prodotto perché conosco già il marchio my protein e mi sono trovato bene in passato. Il prodotto è arrivato in tempo, quindi nulla da dire su spedizione e consegna impeccabili come sempre. L'unico problema è che la data di scadenza del prodotto era semi cancellata e da quello che si poteva intravedere e intuire sembrava già scaduto o in procinto di scadere, non si riusciva a capire se la data che si intravedeva era 12/2018 o 12/2019, proprio perché l'ultimo numero era rovinato; anche se diamo per buona la seconda opzione non capisco come si possa vendere un'integratore a prezzo comunque non scontato (dato che sul sito myprotein si può tranquillamente prendere con lo sconto) quasi scaduto. Io l'ho preso qui perché facendo un ordine con vari integratori mi conveniva per il discorso spese di spedizione (che su MP avrei dovuto pagare). Ovviamente ho fatto il reso, proverò più avanti a riacquistare questo prodotto sperando che vada meglio la prossima volta.

Buon prodotto e non pesante no come altri che rimango sullo stomaco però non l’ho usato molto perché non sono andato più in paestra
