Great for drinkers or people with fatty liver!
If you're a drinker, take one of these along with a SAM-e capsule (together) every day, on an empty stomach. My liver enzymes went from high to normal. I got the idea from a veterinarian medicine called Denamarin, which I've used on several dogs with liver disease, which really brought their bloodwork into the good range. But since there's no human equivalent of Denamarin, I researched its active ingredients, and they are milk thistle and SAM-e. My doctor was very pleased when she next saw my labs.
