Samsung 75NU7100 FLAT 75” 4K UHD 7 Series Smart TV 2018

Big. Incredible picture quality. With Directv, the picture is so good, my wife didn’t like it at first. She said the picture was “too realistic. It doesn’t look like a TV, it looks real, and it was freaking her out”. We absolutely love it. Good sound from the speakers. Great smart apps. But it’s the size and picture quality that impressed me the most. I can’t wait until I unpack the 4K Blu-ray player, hook it up, and watch a movie. I bet it will be mind blowing!

I have had mine for a little over a week and replaced an LG 60" in our family room. I have three other Samsungs and after this purchase I am wondering why i ever bought any other brand. This TV has amazing picture clarity and a surprisingly good sound for such a thin TV. Right now I'm on a TV stand but it is going to look even better when i hang it on the wall.

We decided to upgrade our 55” to a 75”. We have always owned Samsung; they just don’t seem to die! I considered a comparably priced LG with similar specs but a trip to a brick and mortar to compare made it very plain to both my son and I that the Samsung was still the way to go. I can’t speak much for smart features since I prefer to use Apple TV or Roku on my TVs but the onboard smart features are usually a little under-powered. Still, even though we could have spent more for a slightly better picture and more features, I have no regrets with this model for its quality and value.

The entire process was great. Ordering was easy. Price was right. Arrived quickly and no issues. We easily hung on the wall of our family room and set up in just a few minutes. The picture is great. I'm not a high tech genius but I know when I like what I'm seeing and I'm very happy with what I see when I turn on my 75" tv. We've now had it about a month and have had no issues. I'm very happy with my purchase. Two thumbs up for product and value.

We called Samsung support, first they were sending a technician out to try to repair it but they kept accusing of causing some kind of damage. This tv is 6 months old and was wall mounted by PROFESSIONALS and has not had any damage. The first week after contacting support we waited for a Samsung approved repair man. They finally called and said a repair man could not be located so they would replace the tv instead with the same model. After waiting ALMOST 3 weeks to hear about the replacement, we are told the same model can not be sent so they will give us a full refund instead. After a lot of back and forth phone calls while being transferred to different departments, I finally seemed to get a copy of my receipt to someone that actually knew what they were doing. (I hope) NOW we are waiting for them to send a trucking company to pick up the old tv and then we will have to wait again for our full refund as promised. All this time we have been without a living room tv, we are retired and saved up for this tv. We even missed the Super Bowl because of this fiasco. We spent extra for the Samsung tv because of the brand name. NEVER AGAIN. Samsung has lost a customer. We are still waiting for a refund as we sit here without a working tv!! UPDATE They finally picked up the tv and the refund was received about a week after that. All in all it took almost 9 weeks from the time we called them to the time the refund was in the bank. It was a long process but they stood behind their warranty. However, we will never buy Samsung again.

Very nice entry level smart TV. Good picture for in dark settings. Descent black levels. Glare can be a issue in very bright rooms.

Was a little worried that Samsung's success with big screen TV's may be declining, but this baby has everything I wanted. Great product. Added two weeks later.......not so smart after all. Lack of bluetooth had I researched ahead of time instead of assuming it would be there, would have been a deal breaker. Picture great, sound sucks, lack of other features previously available on this platform makes this and overpriced TV

I was a little nervous buying this Smart TV (75") after reading all the negative reviews...I have only experienced complete perfection with this. I've had my TV for a month so far. The quality is completely captivating and our viewing experience is definitely better than any other TV we have owned. I had no problem with wifi connectivity...it works perfectly.
