They fit good. The grip is great. I got a medium, I thought they going to be to small but they fit " like a glove". The support in the glove is great. I love to wear my wedding band every day all day. And before I got the gloves I had to take my wedding band off when I was in the gym busy with weights, but now I don't even feel my wedding band.
