Beautiful build
Took a risk buying a pre built PC that has no reviews as of now, but I have to say I am glad I took the chance in purchasing this gaming PC. It goes beyond my expectations and it's a beautiful build. I love the style and how different it is. It's uniqueness makes it so beautiful to look at. Although it's much bigger and taller than I had anticipated but it wasn't a big deal to me. Everything that I use and play runs so smoothly without any issues. The PC itself is not loud, it was pretty easy to set up although the other outlets for USB port plug in were hidden inside the build itself which was different for sure so it felt a lil hard trying to attach them without wanting to damage anything inside of the pc but it is doable. In terms of speed this PC loads up super quick. All of my games downloaded quickly and launched quickly. Streaming didn't give me any issues either. The price for this PC may seem high for others but I think it was well worth the money spent.

Customer support is trash
Having a serious problem with the 14700kf chip. Intel known issue. And customer support is garbage to deal with. I would not recommend at all unless you want to be stuck with a desk weight

Great pc, despite a few issues at first.
UPDATE: I ordered a 2nd one since it was such a good deal. It arrived today, and as luck would have it, they sent the wrong one! My advise, CHECK YOUR DELIVERED ITEM!!!So, the 1st one I ordered died within 30 minutes...power supply crapped out. Amazon customer service was great, and sent a replacement, and arranged for a pickup. 2nd one arrived in good shape, but had issues with the bluetooth, and wifi not working. I was able to resolve the wifi issue by adding a feature from Windows, but the bluetooth still wouldn't work. Rather than crate up a 2nd pc, I ordered a wifi6 card and installed it. I then disabled the on-board wifi and bluetooth on the motherboard, and added the drivers for the card. It's been working perfectly since. It was quite a hassle doing all of that, but in the end it was worth it. This pc screams! The 3060ti is a great card...better than a 4060, since it's memory is twice as fast. All components are name brand, MSI, and the system looks great. You couldn't build this system without spending at least $400 more than this costs pre-built. I'd say that this pc should be future proof for a good 3-4 years, and then, the only upgrade you'd probably need would be the video card. Also, bumping the memory to 32gb is also a good idea...the thermaltake memory is quite expensive, but a 32gb kit of argb memory from other manufacturers can be found for roughly $100 or so. In spite of the initial headaches, I'm really glad to have this, so much so that I bought a 2nd one. As far as an inexpensive gaming computer goes, this is hands down the best deal on Amazon...period.

Decent overall value.
The media could not be loaded. The pc overall is a decent package. The RTX 3060 is adequate for most games on the market and preforms well under load. Overall build quality was good… just one rattling screw. Packaging was damaged and could stand to be a little more robust but otherwise the pc was undamaged. Cable management was excellent and the inside of the case is clean and tidy. Overall a decent pc and would recommend to anyone in the market.

Didn't even need a second gaming tower, but couldn't pass up a sale like that
The media could not be loaded. Pros -1. Price appears to fluctuate, but I got it for $799 last week, an absurdly screaming deal for what tallies up to be $1300+ in parts. Thermaltake has a bad rep for some of their power supplies, but the ToughPower line this came with are acceptable. I prefer to build my own box, but this made more fiscal sense than piecing the components out individually.2. The only other pre-built I've had that was this competently put together was from Falcon Northwest. Cable management out of the box was outstanding, components were in-house and MSI Industry-Standard stuff, no Dell style proprietary shortcuts. Somebody at Thermaltake deserves a raise and a promotion for proper QC while also pushing their brand with style.3. Well packaged with no bloatware. Sure, I reseated memory and cables, etc., but it really was ready to go out of the box and no MSI brick software for me to uninstall. There was even a real benchmark screenshot waiting on a nearly bone-stock installation of Windows that proved someone actually turned it on, installed PROPER drivers in the last year, and tested it before boxing it up. Modern Warfare III with DLSS balanced setting on that little 3060 ti was valiantly keeping pace with a 1440x3440 120hz display, no problem.Cons -1. Prices fluctuate, the parts are a generation behind, 650 watts won't tolerate too many add-ons2. 16gb of memory and no mechanical bulk HDD's. But that may actually be a good thing. Someone might want nothing but nvme drives living on the board. I like the hidden mechanical drive bays behind the mobo, despite cooling concerns, and if you double the memory sticks you get FOUR flashy RGB sticks. Yay.3. Open case designs are a matter of taste, and this one has no front USB-C portBut overall, this is the first real case for buying prebuilt over DIY I've seen that makes it worth recommending to friends and family. You're getting a solid start on a budget gaming desktop for 60% of the MSRP of it's last-gen but still relevant parts.
