Effective though price creeping up
I went to order some more of this - one of the few I've found that's effective for my uses. Unfortunately it has crept up in price over the past few years. I'm trying a different brand now, at about 1/3 the price for approximately the same claimed dosage.

Makes a difference!
St. John’s Wort has always worked for me. I notice a definite difference when I take it… Improved mood/less worrying during the day. Good dreams and better sleep at night. I call it my happy pill. I’ve never had any adverse reactions or side effects with it, and it’s taken only once a day. Easy to swallow and not horribly expensive. I have no complaints.

It takes 4 to 6 before it starts to work forget this stuff pure saffron is way better and starts next day after you take it

Perfect way to calm your nerves if you work in a stressful environment. It's just enough break the edge and help focus on the tasks at hand. I also use it when I'm getting ready for open jams playing bass. Natural rememdies is the way to go and I've used this product for a very long time.
