amazing potential
I got my powder mainly for my hair which needs more nourishment. It is suppose to make it thicker and more manageable and keep the grey roots from coming in. We shall see, but rating the powder itself seems great. I mixed it in with some warm water. I actually took 1/2 teaspoon, working my way up to a teaspoon is is recommended for healthy hair. It is not a bad taste, it is just different. And in no time I got use to the taste. And I had no side effects from it whatsoever. Of course this is just one day in, but it seems to be a good quality product.

Have bought this before, good consistent quality. Powder easy to use. While bag reseals well I find it convenient to move a portion to a glass jar with easy on/off lid and store the rest in the fridge. Like that this is "USDA Certified Organic".

This is my 2nd bag. The quality is amazing.bi drink this daily with lemon, ginger, ceylon cinnamon, cayenne, some xylitol sweetener and 16oz warm water. This is my immune system booster. Works great. When I am in a rush I add it to pure coconut water and I feel so boosted for the day

You need to mix it with something.
The taste is very strong. We'll see about the benefits.

GOOD for everybody!
The taste is not so pleasant. But I'd rather have to deal with not-so tasty amla and get the health benefits than the negatives of loading a body up with too much sugar to try and stay healthy. Thank you.
