Decent Design, thickness of copper pot is good, tap was missing i got it from PTAL
Decent Design, thickness of copper pot is good, brass stand is sturdy. Tap was missing i got it from PTAL. I called PTAL & informed missing tap, after 2 days of follow-up they despatched the tap & i received after 5 days. Overall the product is good & worth price.

All that rave but such bad quality
I purchased a copper water dispenser from P-TAL after hearing so much hype about it, but I am extremely disappointed. The product I received is of poor qualityโdented (not hammered), unpolished, discolored, and overall looks cheap and poorly made. This is not at all worth the price or the rave reviews. Quality should always match the marketing, especially for a brand trying to build trust. I wonโt recommend this unless they significantly improve their standards.
