They contain sugar (probably too much for frequent consumption), but using it as a pre-run or workout energy boost that doesn’t fill you up has worked well for me.

These were awesome. I was surprised but they were really good. The flavors were nice. The little bit of liquid tastes good and not like chemicals. I will be purchasing again.

So these are addictive- of course they are- they are full of high fructose corn syrup and are filled with a juicy flavor that squirts out when you bite into them! They also are pretty sticky when they come out of the bag. But they sure are delish!!

This wasn’t very fresh and the flavor seems to be different
