The product was shipped and packaged great Every part in the box was wrapped and screws and allen were in separate plastic bags Directions were easy to follow and left no guessing Looks great and works great The true test will see how the product performs in time down the road

Buyer beware I’m a custom bathroom remodel. My bathroom start at 40,000. I use all the fit and finishes high-end in this Shower Hydro rail was considered a high-end finish. I’ve been using them for about 10 years. The last three years the quality packaging customer service has went terribly downhill. I would purchase about seven or eight a year along with Kohler being my other option, I’m very disappointed in this system and this company I will not be using them again. The last four I got had to be refurbished. Seal was broken. Parts were all over the place scratched all I can say is go to Kohler Hydro oil. I never had a problem.

Wife says it is the best shower she has ever had. I personally like the fact I no longer have to duck down to get under the shower head. I was worried that the CA compliance was going to mean I was only going to get a dribble of a shower but this thing will give a stronger shower than the ones I personally modified to get around the California trickle. Yet it has ECO modes if you want to conserve. The installation was not easy. The tolerances required to get the thing mounted to the shower head outlet are simply ridiculous I would like to choke the person / persons responsible for that part of the design. I could have designed a coupling system with much more forgiveness that would have been much more practical. I expected this to be a 3 hr. install but due to the close tolerances of the pipe nipple length and the unnecessarily small mounting flange it was a BIT_H. I would not recommend anyone other than an aerospace engineer or jet mechanic take on the installation of this thing in a retrofit project. I had the added difficulty of an irregular glass tile surface to mount it on. I was cursing the designers the whole time. Woe be it I ever get my hands on the person/s responsible for designing a shower component that takes a whole day of nothing but frustration to install. But the final product might be worth the effort. Look at the installation instructions very carefully before choosing this product. Don't say I didn't warn you. I love the outcome but regardless I will never forgive the designer.

The idea behind this shower head is fantastic. So many great concepts, but the actual product is CHEAP, which is saying something for a $900 shower head. For a few months, it worked okay, and just had to be finessed so it wouldn't leak from one head when the mode was set to have it turned off. But after three months of use, I CANNOT get the rainfa shower head to the. Off when I want it off,meaning it drops on me, a constant stream, of colder water,when I am using the other head. No matter what I do, it will leak right on me from up above me, and it makes my showers completely unenjoyable. Plus, it leaks AFTER the water is turned off too. Something with the seals or gaskets is absolutely cheap. Very disappointed in the quality of this shower head.
