Need more than one recipe using bruschetta sweet basil and oregano seasoning mix

ANTIPASTO BRUSCHETTA PASTA SALAD
Cook 8oz. rotini pasta as directed on package. Drain well. Mix 1/2 cup each olive oil and white wine vinegar, and 1/3 cup Seasoning Mix in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add cooked pasta, 5 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as broccoli florets, bell pepper strips, sliced carrots and cherry tomatoes, 8oz. bite-size fresh mozzarella balls, 4oz. pepperoni slices and 1/4 cup pitted olives; toss to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 12 servings.

ROASTED VEGETABLE BRUSCHETTA PASTA
Mix 1/3 cup each Seasoning Mix and olive oil in large bowl until well blended. Reserve 3 tablespoons. Cut 1 medium peeled eggplant, 2 medium zucchini or yellow squash, 5 plum tomatoes and 1 medium red bell pepper into 1-inch cubes. Add to remaining oil mixture in bowl; toss to coat well. Place in single layer on large shallow foil-lined baking pan. Roast in preheated 425ºF oven 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven. Crush tomatoes with fork. Meanwhile, cook 8oz.cheese tortellini or penne pasta as directed on package. Drain well. Toss pasta with roasted vegetables, pan juices, reserved oil mixture and 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Makes 10 servings.

There is no expiration date on either of my bottles. However, if you have a COSTCO where you live stop in and check their stock they might have a date. I am sure kept in a cool dark place it would last as long as any dried spice, at least a year.

I currently have a bruschetta mix thst you add oil &water to make a bread dipping sauce could this be used the same

Yes. I dont know how the water would mix with the oil.
