I'm really loving this Rice Cooker! Definitely the BEST I've used! Perfect size for 1 or 2 people and perfect size to fit in a small cupboard. Having the good size handle is great and I love how it sits on that little ledge while cooking or being stored. Very helpful with the 2 measuring cups; one for the rice and the other for the water. Nice not to need an extra measuring cup! I usually cook jasmine rice and/or buckwheat and both taste great! Very fluffy and nothing sticks to the bottom. Steel cut oats didn't work that well, as they were messy. Haven't tried my old fashioned oats, but will at some point. Great recipes in the booklet! I think it's helpful to unplug the cooker as soon as the warmer button comes on and that may help from anything sticking. I have not let the food sit too long in the cooker. I thought it may be hard to know when the buttons go from Cook to Warm, but you can still hear a click. Plus, I always keep the front of the cooker towards me so I can see when the buttons switch. The top pops open so easily and that is great! The inner pot is very easy to clean! Just need a soft sponge. Nothing sticks! Don't even need to add a little bit of oil, as the pot is great quality! After reading the manual, I saw how easy it was to pull off the silver steam plate under the lid and gently remove the rubber liner around the plate. Since water fills up around the liner, this makes it so easy to wash. You have to be very careful when drying that plate so that it does not bend as it is very light. Also, you have to be just as careful when putting that rubber liner back around the silver plate, so that it fits just right and not to bend the plate. Most of the time, after cooking, water comes out from the bottom of the cooker as well as outside of the top. I assume that's from the water and steam. I keep a towel close by, so to quickly dry the water and not get the chord wet. Also, you have to be sure to dry around the back of the cooker. Since the cooker is black, it's best dry it under some light so you can see even a little bit of water in the back around the top before storing it. I highly recommend this Rice Cooker! It's easy to handle, cooks and cleans great! Also, when you reach out to the Seller with any questions or concerns, you get a thorough response in a very timely manner. I literally used this right out of the box! Growing up, we ate rice all the time, and as a kid, I eventually got bored with it. Funny enough, as an adult, I find myself eating more and more rice. Using this machine actually brought back memories of those childhood meals. The rice came out perfectly fluffy and honestly tasted so much better than I expected. It made something as simple as rice feel comforting and nostalgic again. I also really like the warming feature, it’s convenient and keeps the rice ready to eat. My only complaint is that there doesn’t seem to be an actual power-off button, so the only way to completely turn the machine off is to unplug it. Overall, I’m really happy with it. Simple to use, great results, and a little unexpected trip down memory lane!

Great rice robot made rice for the first time tonight with olive oil and it took less than 30 seconds to make. Was a little bit hard because it wasn’t plugged in the right way so it wasn’t cooking and then once I plugged it in and the light cook was on. It definitely worked great. Very easy to use in great value for my money. Definitely one of the best mini rice cookers I’ve used in a long time. Definitely worth the money and the price.

Excellent choice for a single person. I have another brand rice cooker which I'm unhappy with, so I gave this one a try. Easy to use and easy clean-up. I would recommend using just a tad more water or broth when substituting with long grain brown rice. Highly recommend

I love this rice robot personal rice cooker, it is a good size for me. It is so easy to cook the rice cooker. I am happy to have it.

Some times it's better than others. Not sure about this totally but it does cook rice, just inconsistent.

Very suitable for 1 person or two. The quality of the cooking rice is good, just the water generated by evaporation isn't well disposed.

I have bought this for a quick rice side dish for one or two persons. I said quick. No, it is not quick I used the one cup rice and water as directed. I timed it, 20 minutes, and if you leave it on when "warm" comes up, I got some lumpy rice at the bottom. I used both Jasmine and Bens, no difference, it comes out glued together, it separates if you use a folk to work it thru. Also the measure one cup or two cups, these are not 8 ozs. regular cups, it is the small measure cup that comes with the product. I will use my recipe for the rice that takes 16 minutes in the oven, and five minutes preparation. The other item I did not like, it is the cord is too short and I understand it is for safety. Mine was sitting on the counter, the outlet was at the side of the counter, when I tried pulling it out, The robot almost dropped on the floor. My thought is when it is plugged in, use a wall outlet by the robot. Good luck and happy for the persons that love it. It is well made and pretty to look at.

It’s great, frees up capacity to cook more sides. Works as advertised. It also makes the very best natural Mac and cheese, it’s worth while just because of this. No more Annie’s or KD chemicals

This rice cooker is perfect for my husband and myself. I tried the zucchini rice last night and it came out perfect!

Médiocre qualité. Ne perdez pas votre argent sur ce produit. Le livreur de recette est incomplet, aucun temps de cuisson. Même en suivant les recettes, l'eau s'échappe par le dessus à chaque fois et cause des dégâts dans la cuisine. Le riz est dure et pas cuit. Même chose pour les pâtes, ça m'a pris 2h30 faire cuire 1 tasse de pâtes et elle étaient encore un peu dure 🤦🏼‍♀️🔫 J'avais acheté ce produit en cadeau à ma mère, je regrette énormément... perte d'argent totale par ici.

Perfect rice every time. Follow easy instructions add herbs & spices, splash of soya, turn on & walk away. Very compact form with handle so you can pick up & put away in cupboard. Tip: Do NOT do soaked dry beans as they will foam up & make a mess. Steel cut oats are a NO but Quick oats s/b fine.

This was my second one as the first one didn’t work at all and I had to contact the seller. However, they responded very quickly and didn’t even want it returned, just throw it out (which I did). The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I followed the recipe in the book for rice pudding (something I haven’t had in years) and it boiled over out of the top onto my counter. It killed my recipe book which was sitting beside the rice maker. I contacted them and they sent me a digital recipe book. Not the best response as I would have preferred a printed version, but overall the product is good. Just watch put for this particular recipe - too much fluid.
