Beautiful kettle!
This kettle is just beautiful! It's heavy so it feels substantial and the handle stays cool. My only complaint is that you need to use medium to low heat so it takes longer to boil. AND, it looks great on my stove, and the whistle is soft enough not to be annoying. So, I am going to give it five stars.

Beautiful Kettle
Unfortunately my item arrived damaged and was not the quality I expected for the price. I am still going to give it five stars as the seller refunded me my money without any hassle. I found and purchased the same one in prime condition at a local shop. I absolutely love this kettle, it is so cute and I like that the whistle it makes when it boils isn’t deafening but is still loud enough to get your attention. When it’s time for a new one, I will probably buy again.

Defective Kettle, awful customer service!
We bought this because it’s a beautiful looking kettle. Apparently that’s all it’s good for. The first time we went to use the kettle to make tea it got burnt from normal use. See picture below! As if this wasn’t bad enough, the company is making us pay to ship it back to them!!! A kettle that costs over $100 and the manufacturer wants us to pay to ship back a defective product. Amazon hasn’t been that much help either which is surprising because returns through Amazon is normally very easy. DO NOT BUY!!!

Maybe not suited for gas stoves
Very pretty. I keep it filled on my wood stove so I always have hot water for my tea. Works well there, but I would not recommend it for a gas stove. Even on the smaller burner, the heat that escapes out the sides, turned the bottom of the white part yellow in a few spots.
