Love these because the taste is not bad and I can get the re-hydrated feeling without all of the sodium that other brands have. Nice to not feel like I am just drinking salt water!

Update! I have now tried all the flavors and like all of them except for the orange. It just doesn't seem to be as flavorful as the others, not bad exactly but somewhat lacking. I hate drinking plain water! So in an effort to drink more water instead of other drinks I went looking for a flavored water enhancer. Wasn't looking for electrolytes but I consider them an added bonus. Didn't like any of the artificially sweetened drops I tried. I would much rather have a small amount of real sugar that adds very little calories but keeps the taste enjoyable. I add the powder to about 8 oz of room temp water, stir till dissolved (works well in room temp water, haven't tried with cold yet), and add enough ice to bring it up to around 16 oz. I've only tried the wild berry flavor so far which I really like. Will update later if I find any of the flavors unappealing. I find the flavor strong enough even at 16 oz. that I could actually add even more water and still enjoy it most likely! I think these (as well as most drink enhancers) are a little pricey for what you are essentially getting. But I haven't found anything else for less that is as good.

For what this product is, it is great. The taste is good. It dissolves quickly. My only complaint is that I didn’t read the ingredients thoroughly enough. I bought this one because I believed it to be sweetened with only cane sugar. It isn’t. It has sucralose in it.

Ordered for our four day hike to Machu Picchu and these did wonders to keep us hydrated. Pro tip - don’t drink tap water in Cusco

I've tried a ton of brands now on these electrolyte boosters ever since discovering the one that made them famous. This had less calories and claimed to be good for 16 oz bottles. I found the taste to be very faint in 16 oz and still not that much in 8 oz of water. If something tells me it can flavor 16 oz of water, that's with more to me than something they can only flavor 8 oz. So I feel a bit duped really. The purple taste like medicine. The red too. The only I semi enjoy are the orange and the lemon lime. I'd say look elsewhere.

These work quickly, efficient, and taste pretty good. I'm an avid mountain hiker, backpacker, kayaker, and performer living in the desert, so I sweat a ton and need more hydration than most people living in cooler more humid climates. These always go in my backpack, or we premix them in our water bottles and freeze them before we head out. You can control how concentrated or mild the flavor by adding less or more water to the mix. I'm able to function at high outputs thanks to these little packets!

I had labs done at my doctor's office recently. My tests indicated potential kidney issues but my doctor said it could also just be dehydration. I tried drinking just water and uping the amount but I never seemed to feel hydrated. Adding these to my water 2 times a day and keeping my overall water intake at an appropriate level seems to have done the trick. I liked the flavors too. I add 1 to a 16 oz bottle of water. My least favorite flavor is the orange but even that one isn't bad. The price does seem a bit much to me at a little over a $ a serving. I don't usually buy specialty drinks or 20 oz sodas or anything though, so others may find the price justifiable. I guess if you stick with 1 serving a day that isn't too bad because then a pack will last almost a month. Very easy to use and convenient to take on the go also.
