Tooenjoy Trailer Hith Bike Rack
This is one heavy bike rack! 40+ pounds unloaded. I definitely needed a helper during its assembly. The assembly instructions are "IKEA style" pictures without words, but easy enough to follow. They DID include the necessary tools. They also included a cable lock for securing the bikes to the rack. The rack also locks to the 2" receiver of the hitch.Once the rack is mounted to the hitch, there is a hex screw you tighten to further secure it to the hitch. They recommend keeping the allen wrench and socket wrench in the vehicle which makes sense to me. You need the allen wrench to remove the rack from the hitch as well as tighten it initially.Once mounted to the hitch, putting bikes on the rack is easy-peasy.A video of the assembly and use would be a plus. As would a key registry for the hitch lock and cable lock for keys that eventually go missing. (2 of each key are provided.)I look forward to getting a great deal of use out of this.

Secure and easy to install
Worked great for my wife’s bike that doesn’t have a traditional crossbar.

Broke 2nd time we used it!
Rachet system to hold down tires appears to be plastic, not sure how many times that will operate correctly. We thought this item had tilt to open hatch, it does not.Be aware it is very heavy and cumbersome to get in place.Biggest problem...some type of grommet and plate system that secures to the hitch broke and fell off. This was only the second time to put on the car.We still used it on that trip, everything seemed fine, but not comfortable using it on the highway. That would be a major catastrophe if it gave way at high speeds, with traffic behind us.Husband is not happy we saved a buck and got the off brand, to now be in this situation. Outside of return window...Due to reasons we were not able to use for almost a year, it just sat in the box in the garage. First used a few weeks ago, 2nd use last week. Bummed out.

Do not exceed 60 miles per hour
I purchased the single bike roof rack. The main reason for this purchase is so I would not have to remove either the front or back wheel. The bike rack is good if you are just going around town. Do not go on the highway with this rack, and do not exceed 60 miles per hour. There is way too much side to side movement with this rack. It is probably ok for city driving. Just expect your bike to move side to side.I repeat, do not use this rack on the highway. As soon as you get over 60 miles per hour, the amount of movement is scary. The amount of movement will lead to something breaking, whether it's the rack, the bike, or the roof rails. After a very short stint on the highway, I was forced to pull over and remove my bike from the bike rack and put the bike inside my car. After getting home, and taking the bike rack of the car, I noticed that part my roof rails had been bent. The part that is bent is where the bike rack was attached to the roof rails. Thankfully I removed my bike before anything bad happened.I will get this 2 stars, mainly because it I think the rack works for shorter lower speed distances. Just be warned, do not drive fast with this rack on your vehicle.

Bike rack
Really easy to follow instructions. Took only an hour from start to finish. Haven't actually used it yet but seem quite able to do the job.
