Great set of stairs. Perfect for our hot tub. I was worried it was gonna be tall enough and it could use another stair to be better, but overall it's great and the storage is really convenient and we'll made. Assemble was quick and easy

Nice steps, only draw back are the screws are not stainless, they rusted within the first week. We use them for access to a 30" pool and they work great. I'll be swapping out the screws for stainless steel though. For the price and the obvious outdoor use I don't see why they don't come with them.

This should have been included with the hot tub I bought. It allows graceful entrances and exits sort of like getting on a bicycle or a horse if your hot tub is on the ground instead of something between a dive and a parachute landing fall. Very well made of sturdy materials and happy with the neutral colors that blend well. The top hinged compartment is perfect for tub supplies

This item does the purpose, and seems sturdy enough for listed weight limit. My biggest complaints were: 1) There were no actual instructions that made any sense--once I abandoned them, assembly went smoothly. For example, in the instructions, it said to drill 5 mm pilot holes! Had I done that, I would have destroyed the unit because the screws would have fallen through the pilot holes!!! Presumably the manufacturer meant 0.5 mm, but there's a huge difference between the two measurements. 2) The ad DOES indicate you will need tools to assemble it, but I think they should have pointed out that you would need a drill and a rubber mallet--not everyone has these tools (unlike a screwdriver!) readily available. That information could well cause someone to look for another unit. I have those tools, but I'm well aware they may not be in the "typical" homeowner's emergency toolbox. 3) The top step in particular did not fit into the slots well. The instructions babble something about forcing it, which I did, but because this step is hinged in order to provide access to the storage area, it is a little frustrating. It does NOT fit well on the cross support, causing the unit to feel spongy when you step on it. Hopefully, time and sun will relax it a bit and allow for a better fit. 4) Looking at the assembly from the perspective of someone not used to putting things together, it would have been trivial for the manufacturer to label the pieces, as well as front and back, just to avoid consumer frustration. 5) Finally, the manufacturer should have pointed out that there is no real back to the unit, and storage is via a weather-resistant bag screwed into the upper portion of the storage area. Again, it works, but I definitely did NOT pick up that information from the item description.

Low price but does the job

Decent quality but is starting to sag a little in the center of each tread and the screws are getting rusty after one month of dry weather. I’ll have to paint the screws or get some stainless screws.

Very poor quality and the pieces did not properly fit together. I had to use a knife to cut the interlocking stair pieces so they would actually fit. Absolutely not worth the money.

Very easy to assemble. It is very sturdy, wide (from a safety perspective) and convenient for storage.

zero stars/ pieces dont fit together properly. no instructions on how to get the pieces to fit together. when together the pieces pop out. absolute garbage.

A bit on the flimsy side. Still would buy it again but be careful when snapping the press fit sections together. They have to be perfectly lined up.
