I might update my review at a later date but for now I gave a two for the fabric pattern. This has taken wax to a whole new level, the fabric sounds and feel like cardboard and does not drape, just sticks out like can can. It came folded square like a book, that's how stiff this fabric is. I bought a medium and could have used a small instead, I am 5' 7" and the skirt is sweeping the floor even with heels. As apposed to one I returned last week for poor construction and size, this garment is professionally sewn. I am on the verge of returning it since I don't know if washing will remove some of the wax. It is just to much wax for this style of skirt, also with the width of the fabric, the weight of it and the gathering at the waist, it creates a lot of bulk at the waist so tops will have to be worn inside at all times. All in all, the fabric pattern and color is absolutely beautiful and is worth the price, just too waxy, and for that reason I raised it to a three. I can shorten the skirt and that will take away from the beautiful border. Have shopped Amazon for over ten years and last week was my first return and it was also a similar skirt, so I will lay off the garments purchasing online and stick to in-store purchases. So disappointed, just wanted to fit in a bit at an African function that I will be attending. For me the width of the garment did not lend it self to the weight and texture, it does not drape just sticks out, that was the reason for the Too Large. This would be great in a softer fabric. 10/16/17 I have decided to keep this garment, it was packed up to go and I took another look and also showed it to my neighbor. We both agreed it is absolutely stunning and she recommended washing it to get some the wax out. I washed it twice and the fabric and pattern is still as vibrant as when I received it, there was no bleeding. This is great quality fabric, I determined the length was due to incorporating the entire pattern of the fabric, which will be good for a very tall person but I need to shorten and will loose some of the border. It deserves a five and is well worth the price. Washing still left the wax feel but I did get some drape from it, and it does not need to be ironed.

Got so many compliments on this skirt. The colors are accurate, beautifully vibrant, looks great on your complexion and pairs well with a casual top or dressed up. I love that it’s versatile as I’ve worn it to church and to casual events. The colors don’t fade after washing, the fabric is quite durable and the skirt is true to size. I got it in medium and the fit was perfect. Great quality skirt and very stylish. Deep pockets, which is always a plus.

I looooove this skirt! The size is perfect! I'm 5'5 but long legs, wish it was a little longer but I'm used to that. The shirt wasn't too stiff, and the pockets! Every single skirt sold have these pockets. Other than the length, I'm in love with everything about it. Probably going to order a few more colors.

Received delivery as promised. Colors are very beautiful However the material felt like a paper quality did feel a little stiff liked how it flowed on my body and the length was great wore to church and I received a lot of compliments the other drawback is that I wished the elastic in the waistband was a lot larger or made to fit bigger waist i did match the skirt with a top that had the exact same colors so the combination was beautiful

Although the length of the skirt is longer than expected, I will have at least 5 inches removed (my height is 5'4) The color is beautiful and great quality.

The colors are vibrant, the fabric is sturdy and holds up well in the washer and dryer. Comes out of the dryer wrinkle free, no ironing needed. The elastic band was strong but comfortable and stayed in place all day. The material is stiff enough to hold it's shape all day but is very roomy and flows well. Ankle length without dragging

S size to large. Good design and quality though

The pleats do shake out if you don’t starch it before ironing but overall lovely dress.

This is described as 100% african waxed cotton, it’s not. It’s made in China and is 100% polyester as per the internal label. I read the description to specifically check the material. Too expensive to return so I’m stuck with it.

Tal cual la foto, solo darle una planchada para marcar los tablones. De la parte de atrás trae elástico. Es muy largo, yo mido 1.8 y me quedo casi al suelo. Colores muy vivos.
