The number one vitamin in the world! I take two in the morning and I have energy all day. Make sure to take after you eat something, even if it's just toast & coffee. It makes you feel great all day and easy to swallow. It does make your hair grow and beautiful skin and nails. All the fruit and vegetables and minerals in it helps you stay focus all day.

For the price, it is better than a lot of very expensive vitamins. It's great and my husband has been taking them for several years now.
