Don't buy if you have issue with soft gums. Also it didn't helped at all.

too costly.Does not taste well. it has supari which should be spit out , not sure whether it will stain the teeth or not. Someone using it for months can comment

Supari hi supari, aaj tak mene itni costly supari ni khayi. Phle socha shayad 3-4 packet me supari aa gyi hogi baki me herbs milenge but hua bilkul ulta, har packet ke saath supari ki quantity badti chli gyi. 1 packet ka rate 50 rs likha h 4 grm weight ka, itna mahnga product uske baad bhi only supari in packet. Ye supari already cut chuke aapke gaalo ko bahut jyada damage krti h. Don't caught on this product marketing sab bakwas h..
