How does this compare to Shin ramen?

I've never tasted Shin ramen, so I can't say.

Can someone provide instructions for making this in a microwave?

you really cannot make this in the microwave, im sure it would be disgusting anyway, the noodles require being simmered for 7 whole minutes just get a little pot and some water

will one individual pack be enough for two people or only enough for one?

It depends - we tend to flesh out the serving with seared chicken or prawns, and lime juice & chilli oil etc. The more add-ons, the more likely one pack will serve for two people, but in general my wife & I tend to make one each.

It says 6 pack - do they come loose in individual packs ? I've only seen 4 packs in the company plastic ...

I only received 4 pack even though it said 6 pack when I ordered. It was always a 6 pack on previous orders.
