Too wet for pizza
Good flavor, but too wet for pizza. If you get this with the intention of making pizza, mix it with low moisture mozzarella so you still get some of that classic pizza char on the cheese and minimize sogginess

Cheese was melting when we recieved it. Was obviously frozen and cheese is rubbery from being frozen.
